Scrap kit used is by Rebecca_PSP Designs

Supplies Needed
PSP...I used PSPX...but any of them should work.
WSL_Mask353 and you can get it HERE
Font used was Amazone BT and I think it comes with PSP
Drop shadow V2 H2 50 5

Open a 700 x 700, can resize later
Open flower 1 and resize to 40% and paste on the new image. Open frame 2 and resize 25% and paste on top of flower. Be sure to be under your frame now and resize paper #7 and apply mask WSL_353 delete and merge group. Copy and paste your tube, resize if needed and place under your frame and erase any that is sticking out you do not want. Then duplicate your tube and move to the top and erase the excess over the frame. My tube came with a flower and I used that, but the kit also has some flowers you can use. Just resize and place where you would like them. I resize the first one to 40% and then duplicated and resize to 85% and place toward the bottom of my frame. Be sure to add your drop shadow to everything. Resize scattered flowers #2 to 15% and place one just below your top tube then duplicate, flip and mirror and move on top of your tube, add your drop shadow.  Resize leaves #1 to 10 % and free rotate left 45% and place behind the flowers on the left side then duplicate and mirror and place on the right side. Resize Ribbon 4 to 20% and place under part of the flowers and erase some of the long curly part. Resize the key to 10%, place on the bow and erase a bit of the loop to make it look like it is tied into the bow, add your drop shadow. Resize frame 1 to 24% and free rotate to the left 45% and place just above the mask layer.
Merge visible and resize your tag now and add your copyright and name. If you want to animate then continue if not you are done.
On the scattered flowers take your magic wand and click on the parts you want to add the noise. I did the centers and some of the lighter colors on the outside of them. Since merged you might also have to use your selection tool because of the color. Adjust, add noise at 50%, copy merge and paste in animation shop. Come back undo the noise and then add it again but change it to 45% and take to animation again and paste behind current frame. Then come back and do that one more time changing the % to 40% this time. You should have 3 frames in animation. Check and if happy save and you are done.
Hope you have enjoyed doing my tut

Scrap kit used is by Wicked Princess called Ringing It In and you can get it HERE
Mask Blind by Monti and you can get it HERE

Font I used was Amperzand

I used PSPX...but any of them should work.
Drop Shadow V2 H2 50 5
The only filter I used was EyeCandy4000 Glass on the name, this is totally optional. If you do use it, it is at the default setting.

Ok Let's get started
This is an easy one to do.
Open a 700 X 700 new image and copy paper 8 on to the new image, resize to 85% then apply monti blind mask, delete and merge group. Now add paper 9 and resize same again and apply the mask again and delete and merge, then add paper 12, resize and do the same again with the mask, merge visible.
Copy and paste the curtain and resize larger to 110%,  add your drop shadow. Copy and paste and resize the chair to 70% and position. Copy and paste your tube of choice and resize if needed, I resized mine to 85% and place to the right of the chair, add your drop shadow. Resize the coat stand to 80% and place to the left side behind the chair and add your drop shadow. Resize the Glitter Tophat to 17% and place on the arm of the chair, add the drop shadow.  Take the glasses and resize to 12% and place on the chair next to the hat.
Resize the metal hanging dress, 50% and place on coat rack and then take the black dress and resize 50% and place on top of the metal dress hanging. Resize the mask and position on the chair.  Resize the silver bell to 15% and place on the coat rack stand on the little tray. Resize the bow to 8% and place on the bow of the dress. Now add your name and resize your tag before you add your copyright. Once that is done, you are done.
Hope you have enjoyed doing my tut.

ADL-Adrenaline Snowflakes
EyeCandy4000-Gradient Glow-optional

Drop shadow is usually 2V 2H 50 5 Depending on where you want your shadow sometimes you might have to do the minus on them.

Ok Let's get started
Open a 600 X 250 new image, select all and copy and paste into selections paper #4, select none.  Cope and paste trees and move slightly to the right to not have a gap there, add your drop shadow.  Add the filter ADL Adrenaline Snowflakes with these settings:
Amount 45
0
15
72
0
then OK
Then resize your fence to 45% and position on your image, add your drop shadow.
Resize your snowflake to 10%, sharpen and then place in different places on your image, add your drop shadow.
Add your tube and resize if necessary, add your drop shadow and position into place. Resize the bells to 10% and place on the sign.  Select all, new raster layer, flood fill with a color from your tube, selection, modify, contract by 5, delete. Select none.
Effects, blinds at 2, 25 both boxes selected, then again but uncheck the horizontal box. Add a medium gradient glow with the same color. Be sure this frame layer is on top.
Add your Artist copyright and name.

Now for the avator
Open a new image 150 by 150, close off the tube layer and copy and paste the merged background image onto the avator.  Now copy and paste your tube and position where you want it, then merge visible. Select all, new layer, fill with same color as before, contract by 5 and delete and apply the blinds again in the same way and add your gradient glow again, merge visible. Drop Shadow V2 H2 50 5
Filters used
EyeCandy 5 Impact-Chrome

Drop shadow is usually 2V 2H 50 5 Depending on where you want your shadow sometimes you might have to do the minus on them.

Ok Let's get started
Open a 700 X 700 new image
Go to your preset and select circle, width set at 35 foreground any color and background null and draw out a large circle, then go to Objects, align and center in canvas. I say any color because when you apply the chrome it will be chrome color.  Apply EyeCandy Impact-Chrome with these settings on the Basic tab:
Bevel width 25.88
Bevel height 60
Smoothness 20
Round Corners 0
Reflect map-Abstract-Stainless Steel
Click OK
Now take your magic wand click inside your frame and Selections, modify, expand by 3 and apply your paper of choice, I used #5, invert and delete. Move below your frame now.
Copy and paste your tube, it should be below your frame, erase what is showing below the frame, then duplicate and move to the top and erase the excess showing over the frame. On your bottom tube add your drop shadow.
Take element #6 and place behind the frame and resize to 125% and place to the top left of your tag, flip, add your drop shadow. Resize element #28 to 50% and place in center on bottom of frame, then duplicate and resize to 80% and place on one side and duplicate again and place on the other side, and then add your drop shadows. Open element 12 and resize 50% and Adjust, free rotate and  rotate 20% to the right, place on the left side of your frame, add drop shadow.  Take the hat and your selection tool and draw a rectangle over the word and year 2011 and fill with black, then take your font and type out Happy New Year and if you want to add the year go ahead.  Then add a slight inner bevel with these settings,
Bevel shape 2
width 9
0, 2, 0, 0
315
50, 30
merge the wordart visible to the hat and resize to 35% and rotate to the left 20%. Resize element #10 and place behind the mask on the left, add your drop shadow. Resize element 36 to 75% and be sure you are on your top layer and place to the right of your tag, duplicate and adjust up higher a bit.  Element #16 resize 50% and place to the right, add your drop shadow, resize element #14 to 40%, duplicate and position into place.  Take element 33 and place on tag and move to the bottom, duplicate 2 or 3 times and position where you like the looks of them.
Now merge visible and add some sparkles if you like, resize your tag and add your Artist copyrights to your tag and your name and you are done.
Hope you have enjoyed doing my tut
