Feel Your Boobies FTU

This tut was written for those with a basic knowledge of psp.

Supplies Needed

Scrap BCA by Topcats Tagz HERE
Template bc-4 by Tamie HERE
PhotoEffex-Scanlines
Xero Filter- Mistifier
EyeCandy4000-Gradient Glow
WSL_84 Mask  HERE
Font Simply Glamorous 

Drop Shadow usually V2 H2 50 black

Let's get started

*Remember to add your drop shadow as you go along*

Open your template, hold the shift key and hit the letter d on your keyboard to duplicate and close the original.
Delete the credits.

Paste paper #22 and apply your mask, delete and merge group.

Select raster 5 of the template, select, float, defloat, paste paper of choice, I used paper #5, invert and delete.
Delete the template layer also.

Select raster 6, paste paper #18, invert and delete, paste element #28 and adjust to the circle.

Select raster 4, apply PhotoEffex-Scanlines
Width at 1 and noise at 25.

Select raster 3 and paste paper #4, invert and delete.

Select raster #2, paste paper #2, invert and delete.

Click on raster 1 of the template the white square, select all, float, defloat, paste your middle closeup tube and adjust so the boobs are the center of attention, invert and delete.
Apply Xero Filter-Mistifier, twice to the tube layer.

Select raster 7 and add noise at 50%. Add a medium white glow to the frame, using EyeCandy4000-Gradient Glow.

On both of the white backgrounds to the wordart, apply noise at 50%.

On the wordart Feel Your, go to Effects, Texture effects, Weave and apply with these settings
1, 5, 1, color white on both and fill gaps checked.
Merge your wordart down to the white background on each one and then move over to the right more.

Resize and paste your tube and place on the left side.

Paste element #13 below your tube layer.

Paste element #48 and place on the upper right side of your tag.

Paste element #57, move to the bottom layer and over to the left, duplicate and move down to the right side.

Resize element #18 to 75%, then free rotate to the left at 20 degrees and place on your tube at the bottom part.

Resize element #19 to 75% and place by the compact.

Paste element #40, place on the right side how you like it, then erase the extra parts you do not want showing, duplicate a couple of times and place where you like.

Resize element #31 to 40% and place by the wordart on the right side, duplicate, mirror and place where you like.

Add any other elements that you would like, once happy, close off any background and merge visible.

Resize your tag before you add your copyrights to make sure they can be read easily.

Be sure to add all copyrights and your name.

Witch is In FTU

Drop Shadow usually V2 H2 50 black

Let's get started

*Remember to add your drop shadow as you go along*

Open a new image 800 x 800 or one you prefer, can alway resize later.

Paste paper #3, apply your mask, delete and merge group.

Paste element #11, then go to Image, free rotate, rotate to the right by 15 degrees. Click inside with your magic wand, expand by 5, resize paper #15 to 75% and paste, invert and delete, move the paper below your frame layer, change the blend mode to soft light.

Paste element #6 and resize to 50%, place at the bottom left of the frame, duplicate, mirror and adjust, duplicate twice again and move to the center. You can readjust later after your tube and other elements are added.

Resize your tube to 65%, if using the same one I am, paste on the left side of the frame, duplicate, mirror, move below the paper layer in the frame and move to the right to your liking and erase the excess outside of the frame.

Paste element #20 behind your tube on the left, change the blend mode to Luminance (L) and free rotate to the left by 10 degrees.

Resize element #14 to 75%, place on the right side, then take your change to target brush and change the color of the hat to this color #a58cbc.

Paste element #13 and resize larger to 130% and place off center. Apply EyeCandy4000-Gradient Glow on the medium setting and color white, width at 3

Resize element #43 to 80%, duplicate and mirror and move both to the left side above the tube layer and place how you like them.

Paste element #26 below the hat layer and place how you like it.  Duplicate, resize to 70% and place above the word boo to the left.

Resize element #32 to 50% and place below the word boo in the center and move up a bit, sharpen and add your drop shadow twice.

Resize element #30 to 80% and place below the word boo.
Duplicate it, bring to the top and move to the right by the hat.

Resize element #47 to 40%, move below your tube layer and move toward the top left, change the blend mode to Luminance (L).

Paste element #49 on your mask layer and duplicate once.

Resize element #34 to 40% and place on the hat on the right side.

On the name, I did select, select all, float, defloat, add a new raster layer, expand by 2, fill with black and move below.
Then apply EyeCandy4000-Glass to the top layer of the name and move it over some so the black shows more.

Add any other elements that you would like, once happy close off any background and merge visible.

Resize your tag first and then add all copyrights to your tags.

Let's get started

*Remember to add your drop shadow as you go along*

Open a new image 800 x 800 or one you prefer, can alway resize later.

Resize paper 2 to 23%, paste on your new layer and apply your mask, delete and merge group.

Resize element 005 to 35%, paste on your new layer, click inside with your magic wand, expand by 10, paste paper 3, invert and delete, do not deselect yet.
Paste your closeup and place where you want if, then delete and select none.
Duplicate your tube, mirror and move below the first tube, change the blend mode to overlay or one you prefer.
Apply the Xero Filter-Radiance to your lower tube layer.
Apply PhotoEffex-Scanlines to the paper with the width at 1 and leave all the other numbers as is also.
On the other tube apply Xero Filter-Porcelain.

Paste, mirror and resize your tube, if using the same one I am, I resized mine to 47% and place on the right side.

Resize element 0011 to 15%, free rotate to the left at 15 degrees and place on the left side. Duplicate, free rotate to the right at 90 degrees, flip and move below your tube layer at the bottom. Duplicate again, mirror and move below the picture layer.

Resize element 004 to 15% and place on the left side, move below the tube layer.

Resize element 009 to 10% and place below the flower layer how you would like it, rotate to the right at 10 degrees and erase any part of the bottom you do not want showing.
Resize element 006 to 5% and place on the left next to the other picture.

Resize element 012 to 20%, place at the top of the frame.
Resize element 04 to 4% and place on top of the ribbon.

Duplicate twice and place on the mirror, making them appear to be earrings.

Add any other elements that you would like, once happy close off any background and merge visible.
Resize your tag first and then add all copyrights to your tags.

Open a new image 800 x 800, can resize later.
Paste paper #22 and apply mask 84, delete and merge group.

Paste frame #11 on top of the mask layer. Apply Xero Filter-Porcelain to the frame.

Cope and Paste tree #4, apply a thin gradient glow with color of choice. I used #a75118

Resize and paste your tube, place off center just a bit.
Paste the leaves border and move under your tube layer.

Resize cauldron #1 to 60% and place on the right side.

Resize the beware sign to 60% and place on the left side.

Resize the cat to 60% and place below the sign layer and move just a bit to the right of it.

Resize spell book #3 to 35% and place in front of the sign.
Resize bottle #1 to 35% and place below the book layer on the left side.

Resize the moon to 50%, place at the upper left side below the tree layer. Then go to Adjust, Hue and Saturation and have both numbers on 0.

Resize the bat border to 60% and place at the top.

Paste Bubble trails #2 and #5, duplicate both and mirror to the other side and adjust to your liking.

Duplicate your tube, move below the frame layer on the left side, erase any part sticking out of the frame, change the blend mode to Luminance (L), apply Xero filter-Radiance and lower the opacity to 70%.

Add any other elements that you would like.

Resize your tag and add all copyrights
Add your name and that is it.

Open a new image 800 x 800 or one you prefer, can resize later.

Resize paper 7 to 90% and apply your mask, delete and merge group.

Paste element 5, then go to Image, free rotate and rotate to the left at 45 degrees.
Click inside with your magic wand, expand by 5 and paste paper 7, invert, delete and move below the frame layer, keeping it selected, mirror and paste your closeup tube and adjust to your liking, delete, select none.

Apply Xero Filter-Porcelain with these settings
Softness 75, Strength 150, brightness 128, 0, 0, 255
Then apply Xero Filter-Mistifier

Paste element 26, move below the paper layer, duplicate and move one up some and the other down some, merge these two layers together.
Click inside the small squares with your magic wand, expand by 3, paste paper 18, invert, delete and move below the frame layers.
Resize your main tube to 70%, if using the same tube that I am using and place on the right side.

Paste element 7, and place on the left bottom side on the top frame.

Paste element 11, erase one side, place on upper left side, duplicate, mirror and flip.

Resize element 44 to 75%, duplicate, mirror and place where you like the looks of them.

Resize element 31 to 75% and place on the left side.

Paste element 15 on the left side below the paper layer, duplicate, flip and mirror and adjust to your liking.

Paste element 55 on your tube and place how you like it.

Resize element 24 to 85% and free rotate to the right at 45 degrees, place on one side, duplicate and mirror.

Resize element 38 to 60%, free rotate to the right at 45 degrees and place behind your tube layer and move to the right.

Add any other elements that you would like, once happy close off any background and merge visible.
Resize your tag first and then add all copyrights to your tags.

Autumn Friends FTU

Let's get started

*Remember to add your drop shadow as you go along*

Open your template, hold the shift key and hit the letter D to duplicate, close the original.
Delete the credits and the wordart.
Go to Image, canvas size and change that to 800 x 800, can resize later.

Paste paper #3, resize to 75% and apply your mask, delete and merge group.

Delete the template layer each time.

Merge raster 2 of the template layer down with raster 1, then select all, float, defloat and resize paper #4 to 65% and paste, invert and delete.

Select raster 3 layer of the template, select all, float, defloat, resize paper #2 to 50%, paste, invert and delete.
Do not deselect yet, mirror element 01, paste and move to the right side, delete, now select none. Change the blend mode to overlay.
On the paper layer apply PhotoEffex filter-Scanlines
with these settings
2, 2, 20, 10 50, 0

Select raster 4 of the template, select all, float, defloat, add a new raster layer, fill with #ec3e00, select none, then go to Adjust, Add/Remove Noise, add noise at 100%, with uniform and monochrome checked.

Select raster 6 on the template, resize paper #2 to 50% and paste, invert and delete, select none.
Apply Tramage filter-Tow the line.

Select raster 7, add a new raster layer, fill with #ec3e00, select none, then go to Adjust, Add/Remove Noise, add noise at 100%, with uniform and monochrome checked.

Select raster 8 of the template, go to Adjust, Hue and Saturation, colorize with these settings
Hue 12, Saturation 255

Paste element 01 on the left side and adjust, duplicate, mirror, move below the first layer and erase the bear part, all we want is the leaves showing.

Resize element #11 to 45% and place on the right side.

Resize element #12 to 15%, duplicate a few time and place where you like them, mirror one or two of them also.

Resize wordart #2 to 30% and place at the top, sharpen once.
Duplicate and place at the bottom part below your leaves layer you erased the bear from.

Resize element #19 to 50% and place on the left side behind the bear, like he is laying up against it.

Resize element #14 to 35% and place at the top part below the wordart layer.

Resize element #10 to 35% and place behind the candle, duplicate, mirror and adjust so a bit is showing on the left side.
I typed out friends and gave it a medium gradient glow and place at the top.
On element 02, I took my selection tool and drew around the squirrel and a bit of the leaves, copy and pasted it on my tag also, moving down below the bear layer, duplicate, mirror and move below the rake layer.

Add any other elements that you would like.

Resize your tag first then, close off any background you might have used,
add all copyrights to your tag and your name and merge.

Open a new image 800 x 800, resize later.

Resize to 39% and paste the Primavera Spring Mask, select all, float, defloat, add a new raster layer and fill with #fae63f, delete the mask then.
If you prefer you can just leave it black also, looks good either way.
Paste sparkle element 12 on this layer.

Resize element 13 to 75% and paste.
Paste your closeup tube, apply the 20-20 Mask, delete and merge group.
Being on element 13, go to Selections, select all, float, defloat, invert, before deleting, be on your closeup tube layer and delete.
This will delete the shadow of the 20-20 mask.

Resize element 36 to 45% and place on the right side.

Paste your second closeup tube on the left side below the wordart layer.

Resize element 40 to 20% and place on the right side.

Resize element 41 to 25% and place on the right side.

Resize element 32 to 40%, then Image, free rotate to the right at 90 degrees, move to the bottom part of your tag.

Resize element 4 to 40%, free rotate to the right and place on the bottom part of your tag, duplicate and mirror.

Resize element 18 and 19 to 25% and place how you like them, duplicate a couple of times and move around.

Resize element 10 to 65% and place on the bottom part of the tag, just above the tube layer, duplicate and mirror.

Add any other elements that you would like.

Resize your tag first then,
add all copyrights to your tag and your name and merge

Select Circle, select all, float, defloat,  resize paper #9 to 75%, flip and paste, invert and delete.

Circle 2, add noise at 50% and recolor to match your tube.

Select circle 3, add a new raster layer, and fill with #9d0001, or color of choice.
Paste your closeup tube, invert and delete. Apply Xero Filter-Soft Mood first and then Clarity.

On the paper layer apply PhotoEffex-Scanlines
width at 2, dark band 20, light non band at 10 and noise at 50.
On Brush 3, apply a medium red gradient glow using EyeCandy4000-Gradient Glow, width set at 3, 25, 100

Resize and paste your tube and place it on the right side.

Resize element 5 to 75% and place at the bottom below the tube layer in the center.

Paste element 8 on the right side and move below the red circle layer. Duplicate and move to the upper left side.

Apply a medium red glow to the brush on the bottom layer.

Resize element 15 to 50%, duplicate a couple of times, place how you like them, then duplicate again and resize and place again.

Resize element 4 to 35% and place on the bottom part of your tag below the speaker layer.

Add any other elements that you would like.

Resize your tag and add all copyrights
Add your name and that is it.

Apply Xero Filter-Soft Mood, Porcelain and then Clarity.
Delect the orange circle and circle frame from the template.

Resize your tube and place on the left side.

Move the wordart more to the right side now.

Paste the sand and move to the bottom and below your closeup tube layer.

Paste the bench and place it behind your tube layer on the left.

Resize the sun to 65% and delete the one from the template and place this one in its place, duplicate, gaussian blur at 15.  Paste the sunray on the sun and adjust to your liking.

Merge the 2 red squares together, paste paper #3, invert and delete.
Select the pink stripes and paste paper#16, invert and delete.

Resize the beach ball to 50% and place behind your tube on the left.
resize the beach ball to 50% and place by the ball.

Resize the weeds to 75% and place on the right below the wordart. Duplicate and mirror and move below the beach ball layer.

Resize the puppy to 30% and place by your tube.

Resize the flipflop to 30%, change the color to your liking, duplicate and place how you like.

Resize the starfish to 25% and place how you like.

Resize the drink to 25% and place by your tube.

Add any other elements that you would like.

Resize your tag and add all copyrights
Add your name and that is it.

Click inside the frame with your magic wand, expand by 15, add a new raster layer, fill with #ffc088 and move below your frame layer, keep selected and paste your tube, invert and delete, select none.
Apply Xero Filter-Soft Mood, then Porcelain and then Clarity.
Back on the paper layer, apply VM Extravaganza-Transmission with these settings
40, 0, 12
Being on the frame layer, paste the palm tree to the right side.
Resize your tube and place on the left side and apply Xero Filter-Porcelain and Clarity.

Paste element #11 and place below all layers of the template.

Resize element #19 to 20%, duplicate a couple of times and place how you like them.

Resize element #20 to 20% and duplicate and place how you like them.
Resize element #1 to 30% and rotate to the left 30%.

Select the Orange circle on the temp and paste paper #1, invert and delete.

Merge the two Green Rect together and apply paper #5, invert and delete.

Merge the Top and Bottom Stripes together, add a new raster layer and fill with #f67a10.

Resize element #15 to 45% and paste in the small orange square below the wordart.
On the small square frame, new raster layer and fill with #57a5ac, apply EyeCandy 4000, glass, with the first color being white.
Settings are 4.65, 75, 30, 35, 50, 0, 100
Apply the glass to the wordart also.

Add any other elements that you would like.

Resize your tag and add all copyrights
Add your name and that is it.

Resize element #70 to 50%, mirror and place on the left side.

Resize element #15 and #16 to 50% and place on the left below the coin layer.
resize element #25 to 75% and place how you like it.

Mirror and place element #56 on the left side between the bottle layers.

Resize element #8 to 50% and place below the coin layer toward the left side.

Resize element #78 to 40% and place at the top of the frame, duplicate twice and place one on each side of the frame.

Add any other elements that you would like, once happy with it all, close off any background being used and merge visible.

Click inside with your magic wand and expand by 5, paste paper #4, invert and delete, move below the frame layer, select none.

Resize element #79 to 60%, place on the paper layer and move a little to the right, change the blend mode to hard light.

Resize element #6 to 50% and place on the right and toward the middle.
Resize element #29 to 50% and place in front of the crates.

Resize element #7 to 50% and place on the right.

Resize element #66 to 40% and place on the right side behind the chest.
Apply Xero Filter-Porcelain

Resize element #16 to 40% and place below the coin layer in the center.

Resize element #65 to 25% and place by the bottle.
Apply Xero Filter-Porcelain

If using the same tube I am resize to 75% and place on the left side.

Resize element #13 to 40% and place on the left side behind your tube layer.

Paste element #80 over the bottom part of your tube layer.

Resize element #76 to 30%, free rotate to the left at 30 degrees and place on the left side.

Paste elment #51 on the right side behind the chest layer.

Go back to your element #66 the first monkey, duplicate, resize to 80% and place behind the tree, duplicate and move above the tree and erase part of the body showing over the truck of the tree.
Apply Xero Filter-Porcelain.

Resize element #43 to 70% and place on the left side behind your tube layer.

Resize element #70 to 35% and place on the right behind the chest and adjust how you like it.

Resize element #72 to 50% and place on the left side below your tube layer, duplicate, mirror and take your pick tool and rotate it a bit.

Resize element #50 to 75% and place below the mask layer on the left side, duplicate, mirror and move lower on the right side.
Add any other elements that you would like, once happy with it all, close off any background being used and merge visible.
Resize your tag and

add all copyrights to your tag and your name
and that is it.

Let's get started

*Remember to add your drop shadow as you go along*

Open a new image 800 x 800 or one you are use to using, can alway resize later.
Paste paper #2 or one of choice and apply your mask and delete.

Paste element #11, click inside with your magic wand and expand by 15, paste paper #8, invert and delete. Move below the frame layer. Do not deselect yet, mirror your tube first before you paste it, then paste your second bigger tube, and delete. Apply Xero Filter-Radiance

Paste element #26

Paste element #16 and resize to 95% and place below the mask layer on one side of the frame, duplicate and mirror.

Paste element #2 and move to just above the mask layer.
If using the same tube as I am, resize to 75% and place on the right side and adjust element #2 now under your tube.

Resize element #17 to 50% and place on the left side, just below the tube layer. Sharpen a couple of times, then duplicate and resize to 75% and move up some on the left side.
Resize element #3 to 50% and place on the left side and sharpen.

Resize element #23 to 50% and place on top of element #17 on the left side.

Resize element #29 to 50% and move below your tube layer on the right and move to how you like it and erase the parts you do not want.
Duplicate and mirror and move to the upper left and erase the parts you do not want showing again.

Resize element #13 to 75% and place behind your tube, free rotate to the right 90 degrees and adjust behind your tube.
Duplicate, mirror and resize to 75% and place where you like on the left side.

Resize element #27 to 75% and place at the bottom and erase any part you do not want showing.

Resize the butterfly to 35%, mirror and place at the upper left corner of the frame. Duplicate and resize again and place where you like.
Add any other elements you would like.

Resize your tag and add all copyrights
Add your name and that is it.

On the name I added EyeCandy4000-Chrome and recolored, then selected, expanded by 2, added a new layer and fill with black and moved below.

Let's get started

*Remember to add your drop shadow as you go along*

Open a new image 800 x 800 can resize later.
Paste paper #5 and apply your mask and delete.
Paste paper #4 and apply the mask again, delete and flip, merge down.

Resize frame Marco to 35% and paste on your mask layer.
Duplicate, resize to 80% and move to the left and below the first frame layer and erase the part showing inside, duplicate and mirror, making any adjustments at this time.
Close off your mask layer and
merge these 3 frame layers together.

Paster your close up tube and move below the frame layer, take your magic wand and click inside, expand by 2, invert and delete.
Apply the xero filter-Soft Mood and then Mistifier and change the haziness to 200. Duplicate, gaussian blur at 4 and change the blend mode to screen, merge down.
Then apply xero filter-Clarity

Resize herbia2 to 25% and place at the bottom of the frame.

Resize herbia  to 25% place on one side, duplicate and mirror.
Resize herbia 4 to 35% and duplicate a couple of time and place how you like them.

Resize and paste your tube and move to the right a bit.

Resize flores 2 to 15% and place below the herbia layers and duplicate a couple of times and place how you like.

Resize Flors3 to 15% and place where you like, duplicate a couple of times.

Resize the caracol to 10% and place on one side duplicate, mirror and place by the first one.
Resize the Flores to 40% and place at the bottom.

Resize Brillos 2 paste and move to the left below the tube layer, erase the one flower over the face, then duplicate, mirror and move above the tube layer and adjust to your liking.
Resize the Charco to 25% and place below the tube layer on the herbias, duplicate and merge down.

Resize the Banco to 25% and place on the left side and moving below some of the herbia layers, duplicate and mirror.

Resize the Piedra to 10% and place below the tube layer on the right side.

Resize Seta2 to 5% and dulicate a couple of times and place them where you like.
Then go back to the orginial and unsize it and then resize to 10% and place in other areas, below the bench layer this time.

Resize the bottle to 10%, free rotate to the right and place on the left side below the snails...

Resize Hoja 2 to 10% and being on the top layer, duplicate a few times and place in different areas.
Resize the Rama to 30% and being above the mask layer, place how you like, duplicate and mirror and again place how you like it.

Add any other elements that you would like, once happy, close off any background you used and merge visible.

Resize your tag and add all copyrights
Add your name and that is it.

Let's get started

*Remember to add your drop shadow as you go along*

Hold the shift key and hit the D to duplicate the template and close the orginial one.
Delete the credits and layer #7

Paste paper #1 and apply your mask, delete and merge group.

Select Layer 5 on the template, select all, float, defloat, paste paper #5, invert and delete. Do not deselect yet, paste your closeup tube and place where you like it, then hit the delete key on your keyboard, select none.
Duplicate your closeup, apply gaussian blur at 5, then change the blend mode to overlay or one that you prefer, merge down.
Now change the blend mode to Luminance (L).
Select layer #5 again, add a new layer fill with your pink color, contract by 5, delete. Add noise at 100% to this circle now.

Select layer 4 of the template and paste paper #2, adjust where you want it, invert and delete.
Add EyeCandy4000-Gradient Glow, set on the fat gradient and color white.

Layer 3 of the template, paste paper #1 and adjust, invert and delete.
Apply the same gradient glow.

Layer #2, select all, float, defloat, add a new raster layer and make a gradient using the pink from the dress for the forground and white for the background, angle 45, repeat 3.
Then go to Effects, textures effects, weave with these settings
1, 10, 10, both colors white and fill the gap checked.
Apply the gradient glow to this one also.

Select layer one and change the foreground color to #52b989 and make a gradient with this one, add a new layer and fill with this color.
Add the same weave effect as before. Apply the gradient glow again.
Copy and paste your tube  and move to the right a little.
Erase some of the legs. I do not like when they are just cut off.

Move the wordart to the upper left a bit, then select all, float, defloat, add a new raster layer and fill with your pink color.
Then expand by 2 and add a new layer, fill with white and move below, select none.
Add the same weave effect to the pink wordart and merge the white with the pink wordart

Resize present 1 to 45% and place on the left side.
Resize the shoe to 35% and place on the left side, duplicate, mirror and move below the first shoe and adjust to your liking.
Resize balloons 3 to 65% and place to the right behind your tube.

Resize the Tiara to 50% and free rotate to the right by 15

Paste ribbon #1 and move down to just above the mask layer.

Resize cupcake one to 40% and place behind the tube layer on the right. Duplicate, resize to 75% and place in front of the tube.

Resize the lips to 20% and mirror and place on the left side.

Resize the flower to 75% and place behind the present on the left, duplicate and move behind the tube on the right.

Add any other elements that you would like.


Resize your tag and add all copyrights
Add your name and that is it.

Paste paper #3 or one of your choice and apply your mask, delete and merge.
Sharpen once

Paste element #32, then take your magic wand, click inside expand by 3, paste paper of choice, I used #12, invert and delete.

Paste your tube, move below the frame layer, duplicate and move above the frame, erase the part over the frame area at the bottom.

Paste element #46, adjust how you like it and erase a little bit of the string on each end.

Resize element #7 to 50%, duplicate and place on the frame.
Resize element #6 to 60% and place in the center. Merge these 3 layers together.

Paste element #28 and move under the flower layer and sharpen once.

Paste element #14 and place behind your tube layer at the top.

Resize element #19 to 60%, free rotate to the left by 15 degrees and place on the left side, move below the banner layer.

Resize element #33 to 60% and place on the left side by the hat.
Resize element #18 to 75% and place on the left by the cupcake and hat.

Resize element #15 to 75% and duplicate and mirror one and place both on the right side.

Paste element #25 just above the mask layer, move to one side, duplicate, mirror, duplicate flip, duplicate mirror.

You should have 4 of them.
Merge these 4 layers together, add noise at 50% and sharpen once.

Resize element #27 to 30% and place on the right side and add EyeCandy4000-Gradient Glow, fat gradient glow, color white.

Paste element #29 and move below the hat layer and free rotate to the left at 15 degrees.
Duplicate mirror and resize to 60% and place how you like it.

Add any other elements that you would like, once happy with it all, close off any background that you might of used and merge visible.

Resize your tag and add all copyrights
Add your name and that is it.

Let's get started

*Remember to add your drop shadow as you go along*

Open the template, hold the shift key down and hit the D key to duplicate and close the original.
Delete the credits

Paste paper #6 and apply the mask and delete, merge group, resize up to 120%.
Moving this below your template.

Select Raster 2 on the template, (the large star), select all, float, defloat, add a new raster layer, fill with #90021c and apply Andrew Filter #38, Multiply Lines with these settings
8, 3, 179, 255

Select Raster 6, (large white circle), select, float, defloat and paste your paper of choice,  I used paper #5, invert and delete.
Do not deselect yet, now paste your close up of choice, position how you want, and delete.
Duplicate your close up, gaussian blur at 4, change the blend mode to screen or one you prefer to use and then merge down.
Paste element #25 below the white circle layer.

Select raster #3, select all, float, defloat, add a new raster layer, fill with #90021c and add noise at 50%.

Select copy of raster 2 (smaller star), select all etc and paste paper #12, invert and delete.
Apply EyeCandy4000 Gradient Glow, width at 3, Soft Corners at 25 and  Overall opacity at 100 on both the stars.

On the wordart go to Adjust, Hue and Saturation with these settings
147, 255 for a blue color, if you prefer it to be red, then make both numbers 255.
Apply a fat gradient glow, with the first color being the blue and the other one being white.

Add the gradient glow to the merged star circle also.

Paste your tube and resize if needed and place on the left side of the tag.

Resize the hat and rocket to 50%, mirror the rocket and place behind the tube at the left top and place the hat at the bottom right side.
Resize element #27 to 20% add a gradient glow and place where you like it.
Resize the bubble bee to 20%, duplicate a couple of times and place how you want them.

Add any other elements that you would like, once happy close off your white background and merge visible

Resize your tag and add all copyrights
Add your name and that is it.
