This tut was written for those with a basic knowledge of psp.

Font of Choice, I used Shipped Goods 1
Drop shadow is usually V-2 H-2 Black, 50, 7
Let's get started
*Remember to add your drop shadow as you go along*
Open a new image 800 x 800
Paste paper 6, apply your mask, delete and merge group.
Paste element 08 resize to 95%, duplicate, mirror, adjust, then merge down and resize again to 95%.
Paste your tube and resize.
If using the same tube I am, I resized mine to 35%.
Paste element 47, resize to 20% and place on the right side of your tube.
Resize element 24 to 55%, place under your tube layer, duplicate, mirror.
Resize the wordart forever to 60%, paste above the flower layers, then move the flowers how you like them.
Resize element 39 to 40%, place on the right side below the wordart.
Paste element 31, resize to 30%, paste on the left side above the wordart.
Resize element 10 to 85%, place on the mask layer, duplicate, mirror, adjust so they are showing behind your tube.
Resize element 30 to 20%, place above the cup layer and over the cup to look like it is bubbles coming from the cup. Drop shadow with white first
H2 V2 then H-2 V-2 color white.
Then change it to black and repeat.
Then sharpen twice.
Paste element 49 below the flower layers on the left, duplicate, mirror.
Resize element 25 to 25% and paste on the curtain layer where you like, duplicate, mirror and place up a bit higher.
Resize element 09 to 45%, place on the right side below the flower layers.
Resize element 40 to 45%, free rotate to the right at 90, place at the top on the curtain on one side, duplicate and mirror.
Add any other elements you would like.
Crop your tag to be sure no stray shadows are on the edges of your tag.
Open a new image 800 x 800
Paste paper 6, apply your mask, delete and merge group.
Paste element 08 resize to 95%, duplicate, mirror, adjust, then merge down and resize again to 95%.
Paste your tube and resize.
If using the same tube I am, I resized mine to 35%.
Paste element 47, resize to 20% and place on the right side of your tube.
Resize element 24 to 55%, place under your tube layer, duplicate, mirror.

Resize element 39 to 40%, place on the right side below the wordart.
Paste element 31, resize to 30%, paste on the left side above the wordart.

Once happy with it all, close off any backgrounds, merge visible.
Resize first, then add your copyrights and name.
