Tag Show Off from a Tut

LUV U PTU

This tut was written for those with a basic knowledge of psp.

I am using the awesome artwork of Elias Chatzoudis. You need a license to use this art work. Please do not use without a license. I have the lic # for when he was at MPT, but they have since closed and now you can find his art at PTE HERE

Supplies Needed

Scrap kit I used is called Love U Beary Much by Sinfully Sweet Creations, a PTU and you can find the link to the stores on her blog HERE

Look on the left side.

I used PSPX...but any of them should work.

Xero Filter-Porcelain

Drop Shadow usually V2 H2 50 5

WSL_Mask 84 and you can get it HERE

Ok Let's get started

Open a 700 x 700 image, can resize later. Paste paper 6 on  the new image and apply WSL_Mask 84, delete, merge group. Lower the opacity of the mask to about 75%.  Open and resize Heart 1 to 80% and paste on your new image.  Take your magic wand and click inside the heart frame and expand by 5. Copy and paste paper 2, invert and delete, move below the heart frame. Add your tube of choice below the heart frame also, then duplicate and bring to the top, erase any excess from both tubes, then add xero filter-Porcelain to both and add your drop shadow to your bottom tube and frame.  Resize Valentine bear 4 to 20%, place on the left at the bottom of the frame and then, mirror and place on the right side at the top. Resize the Button Heart to 13% and place on the left side on top of the Heart frame. Resize the bow to 13% and place on top of the button, add your drop shadow and then merge down. Duplicate twice and place on your frame where you like the looks of them. I used the font Impact that comes with PSP for the name and word LUV U and used paper 6 and a stroke of one with black. Then I resized ribbon 1 and erased it in different places to make it look like it was woven in and out of the name.  Resize your tag and then add your Artist copyright and name and any wordart you want. Then you are all done.

ButterFly FTU

Image of choice, a sunset one of some kind will do.
I used one from sxc.hu HERE

Drop Shadow V2 H2 40 5

Xero-Porcelain

Photoeffex-Scanlines

Open a 700 x 700 new image, can resize later.

Add a new raster layer and flood fill with color #84906c, resize to 85% and apply your mask, delete and merge group. Add Photoeffex -Scanlines at default setting. I add a little bit of texture to my mask. Go to Effect, Texture Effects, texture and pick one you like. I used the canvas coarse texture, with the size 25% and all settings except the depth set at 1.  Then angel 315, 50, 30 on the other settings.  Resize your frame to 18% and paste onto the new image. Now adjust your mask into position. I took my pick and pulled it out on the sides some, just depends on what you like. Take your selection and draw out a rectangle on top of your frame, copy and paste your Image of choice into selection, then select none. Be sure this is moved below your frame, select none.

Take your selection again and draw around one square of the frame, copy and paste your tube, invert and delete.  Change the blend mode to screen, duplicate and apply xero porcelain and change the blend on this one to burn, merge down. I add xero porcelain to it again. Then I duplicated that and mirror and position in the center frame behind the tube and lowered the opacity to 40.  I took my selection tool and drew around the twig on top, then flipped, mirrored and moved behind the frame by the feather. Now copy and paste your tube and mirror and move below the frame, then duplicate and move to the top and erase the parts you do not want showing over the frame, add your drop shadow to the bottom tube. Add any words or saying and then merge visible. When resizing be sure it is set to either Smart Size or Bicubic.

Resize your tag at this time, then add your Artist copyright and your name and you are done.

My Valentine

This tut was written for those with a basic knowledge of psp.

Font I used was Amperzand 

Ok Let's get started

Open a 700 x 700 new image. 
Copy paper 12 and apply WSL_Mask 84, delete and merge group.  Copy and paste Glitter Heart 4 and resize it to 95%, add your drop shadow. (Optional) on the glitter heart, I added noise at 75%.  Copy and paste heart frame 1, you might need to adjust it some to center it inside the glitter heart. Take your magic wand and click inside and go to Selections, modify, expand to 35, copy and paste paper 1, invert, delete and move below the heart frame.  Now take the element heart dangly and paste it and move below the heart frame. Now go to your pick tool and stretch the heart out until all the chrome of the heart is cover, erase the chain and pin on the heart dangly.  Copy and paste the wordart, My Valentine and resize to 70% and place on top of the heart dangly and add your drop shadow. Now take sparkle 1 and place to the upper right part of the heart dangly and erase any excess outside of it. Duplicate it, mirror, flip and place on the right side of the heart dangly, there still might be more to erase if you didn't get it all the first time.  Merge the 2 sparkle layers and move below the heart dangly layer.  Open flower brad 2 and resize to 45% and place on top of the heart at the bottom, add your drop shadow. Duplicate and resize to 75% and place on each side of the first one. Now copy your tube and place on top of the flower brads, duplicate it, apply the gaussian blur at 4 and change the blend mode to overlay and merge down and add your drop shadow.  Take ribbon 1 and resize to 85% and place behind your fame and use your pick tool to rotate it a bit. Copy and paste the glitter doodle 2 and resize to 90% and place behind the ribbon.

Now merge visible and resize your tag.
Add your copyright and name and you are done.
