Garv Mellow Yellow FTU

Garv Yellow

This tut was written for those with a basic knowledge of psp.
I am using the awesome artwork of Keith Garvey. You need a license to use this art work. Please do not use without a license. You can find his art at PTE HERE

Supplies Needed

I used PSPX...but any of them should work.
Scrap kit used is Mellow Yellow by Shortie Scraps HERE
Xero filter-Radiance and Mistifier
Monti Blind Mask  HERE
Font used is called Before the Rain
Drop Shadow usually V2 H2 50 5

Open a 700 x 700 image, fill with white so you can see what you are working on.
Copy and paste paper of choice, I used paper #15, apply monti blind mask, delete and merge group. Copy and paste frame 8. Take your selection tool and draw around the top half and delete the part with the bow. Duplicate and flip and line up as one frame again, then merge down. Add your drop shadow V2 H2 50 5 with a color from the frame, I used #db9d2e. Take frame 6 and copy and paste and resize to 85% and place on top of the other frame you just made and use the same color for your drop shadow, merge the 2 frames.
Take your magic wand, click inside the frame and go to selections, modify, expand and expand by 2, copy paper of choice, I used #13,  invert and delete, do not deselect yet. Now add your close up below the frame and delete, now deselect.
Apply Xero filter-Radiance first then apply the Mistifier next.
Add your tube on top of frame and mirror and resize if needed.
Resize Cupcake 1 and duplicate, add drop shadow and position on the left side.  Resize element 7 the rose also to 30%, place in front of the cupcake. Resize Cupcake 2 to 25 to 30% and place by the rose. I took my Pick and rotate the rose a bit to my liking. Take element #2 the crown and resize to 40# and place behind the cupcakes, take your pick and rotate it to the left a little bit, then add your drop shadow. Place ribbon #2 behind the rose on the left and add your drop shadow. Then take one of the roses and resize and add on top of the bow on the frame. Add any other elements that you would like.
Resize tag and add your copyright and name now. I added a medium gradient glow to my name and then a drop shadow.

Hope you have enjoyed doing my tut.

Scrap kit used St Patrick by Fantasy Moments HERE
 Font I used was Celtic
Supplies Needed
Mask WSL_Mask 84 and you can get that HERE

I used PSPX...but any of them should work.
Drop Shadow V2 H2 50 5
Xero Filter-Porcelain, Mistifier, Improver
EyeCandy 4000-Gradient glow and glass

Let's get started

Open a 700 x 700 image
Copy and paste paper of choice and apply Mask 84, delete and merge group.
Resize element #77 to 85% and copy and paste onto your new image. Then copy and paste element #50 and resize to 87%, add your drop shadow. Take your magic wand and click inside your first frame, selections, modify, expand by 5, copy and paste paper #15, invert and  delete, do not deselect yet, add your close up tube and move to the right just a bit and delete, now select none.
Duplicate your close up, adjust, blur gaussian blur at 4, change the blend mode to what you like, I used overlay.
Then add xero filter, porcelain to the orginial closeup and merge down.
Then add xero Mistifier, then Improver click on landscape and then ok. Add your drop shadow.
Now add your tube on top of the frames and resize if needed, I resized mine to 85%, then mirror and place to the left .
Resize element 44 to 50% and place to the right of your tag. I added a little noise to the coins.
Resize element 26 to 50% move below the frames and paper and place at the bottom under her shoes, duplicate, flip and place behind the tubes head....duplicate and move up about half way behind her back, duplicate, mirror and position behind the pot of gold.
Resize the ribbon element #10 to 50% and place at the bottom behind the tube and pot of gold . Then I duplicated it a couple of times flip and just played around until I liked the look of where they were, just showing the tip of it in different areas...
Be creative and let your own style come thru on this part...
Now go to your preset and Ellipse and draw out a circle around the frame. add a new raster layer and then click your text, move your arrow over the circle until you get an arch with the a, then type out what you would like to say...I said Happy St Patty and used the font Celtic. Once happy with the wording, covert to raster layer and delete the vector circle and add Eye Candy 4000 glass with these settings..bevel width 30, smoothness 75, then the others 30, 35, 50, 0, 50 and then add Eye Candy 4000 gradient glow, fat setting at 3, 25, 100, then your drop shadow.
Now resize your tag and add your copyright and name...add the Eye Candy glass and gradient glow to your name also....you are done
Hope you have enjoyed doing my tut
