This tut was written for those with a basic knowledge of psp.

Supplies Needed
Font of Choice, I used Kirsty
Drop shadow is usually V-2 H-2 Black, 50, 7
Let's get started
*Remember to add your drop shadow as you go along*
Open a new image 800 x 800 or one you prefer.
Paste paper 10, apply your mask, delete and merge group.
Paste frame 2, resize to 65%, free rotate to the left at 90, click inside
with your magic wand, expand by 5, paste paper 15, invert delete, move below the frame, then mirror your tube and paste in the frame, delete, select none.
Change the blend mode to Luminance (L) and apply the
Xero filter, Soft Mood first, then Clarity, merge down with the paper layer,
then apply penta.com filter-jeans with these settings
amount 20, border width 5
Paste frame 3, resize to 90%, free rotate to 90 left, move below frame 2, take your Pick tool and
pull the frame to how you want it behind the top frame, then erase the loop
part on the side.
Paste frame 2, free rotate to the left at 90, resize to 75%, move below
frame 3 and again use your Pick tool to adjust how you want it.
Resize your tube to 60%, place on your frame.
Resize the table to 35%, place behind your tube on the right.
Resize the phone to 15%, place on the table.
Resize the clock to 15%, place on the table next to the phone.
Resize the toy plane to 10%, place on the table
Resize the pups to 45%, place on the right in front of your tube layer.
Resize the books to 35%, paste on the left below the tube layer.
Resize the chess board to 30%, place in the center at the bottom of the frame.
Resize the bottle to 20%, place on the left by the books.
Resize ribbon 2 to 50%, paste just above the frame on the right, duplicate,
mirror and move below the paper layer of the frame on the left.
Resize the model car box to 20%, paste on the right side below the tube layer.
Resize the string to 60%, free rotate to the left at 5, place on the frame at the top,
below the tube layer, erase any of the strings you do not want.
Resize the baseball glove, paste on the right below the car racing box.
Resize the Easel to 50%, paste on the left just above the frame layer, click
with your magic wand, resize your tube to 35%, and paste on the easel, invert, delete,
select none, change the blend mode to Luminance (L) and lower
the opacity to around 60 or what you like.
Resize the foliage to 55%, free rotate to the left, paste below the easel on the left, duplicate, mirror.
Resize the stars to 35%, erase all but one and place on the frame, duplicate and move over some.
Add any other elements you would like.
Crop your tag to be sure no stray shadows are on the edges of your tag.

Once happy with it all, close off any backgrounds, merge visible.
Resize first, then add your copyrights and name.
