Supplies Needed

I used PSPX...but any of them should work.
Scrap Kit Land Liberty By BLT DeZignZ and you can get it  HERE 
Filter Toadies-What Are You?
Mura Meister Copies-Encircle

Monti Blinds1 Mask  HERE
Look on the left, click on Extras to get to the masks.
Font of Choice, I used Banner Star

Drop shadow is usually V-2 H-2 Black, 50, 7

 

Let's get started

*Remember to add your drop shadow as you go along*

Open a new image 800 x 800 or one you prefer.

Paste paper 16, resize it to 20%, apply your mask, delete, merge group.

Resize frame 1 to 20%, click inside each frame with your magic wand,
expand by 5, paste Art3, move the flag part in the center two squares,
invert, delete, then paste your half tube's face on one side, delete,
select none, duplicate and mirror.

Duplicate your frame, being on the bottom frame, apply the
filter Toadies-What Are You changing the numbers to 16 on both.

Go back to your mask, select all, float, defloat, paste your close up tube,
place so you can see the eyes a bit, invert, delete, select none,
duplicate, mirror.

Paste star 2, resize to 2%, apply Mura Meisters Copies-Encircle,
changing the first number to 20, then go to Image, resize and
resize higher to 135.
Then go to Effects, Texture Effects and pick a texture you like,
I used canvas coarse at 50%,
9, 2, 7, 0
315, 50, 30
color white
Resize the other star to 5%, apply the Mura Meisters Copies-Encircle with
the same settings as before.

Back on the top layer, paste your full tube in the center.
Resize the jeep to 15%, place on the left below the tube layer.
Paste charm2, the cannon on the right side below the tube layer, resize
it to 90%.

Paste charm1, usa, erase the loop on top, resize to 25%,
paste on the frame on the upper right side.

Resize the bucket to 8%, place below the cannon on the right.

Resize flower 9 to 10%, place on the bucket and erase the stems to make it
look like the flowers are in the bucket.
Paste the resized flower over below the jeep layer on the left.

Add any other elements you would like.
Crop your tag to be sure no stray shadows are on the edges of your tag.

Once happy with it all, close off any backgrounds, merge visible.
Resize first, then add your copyrights and name.

Drop shadow is usually V-2 H-2 Black, 50, 7

 

Let's get started

*Remember to add your drop shadow as you go along*

Open a new image 800 x 800 or one you prefer.

Paste paper 2, apply your mask, delete and merge group.

Paste element 19, resize to 55%, apply Mura Meister Copies-Encircle.

Paste element 25, move to the left a bit, click inside each frame with
your magic wand, expand by 5, being on the doodle circle you just made,
hit delete, then resize paper 6 to 75%, paste, invert, delete, select none.

Paste element 23 above the doodle layer.

If using the same tube I am, resize to 60%, place on the right side.

Resize element 30 to 70%, place on one side below the tube layer, duplicate,
mirror and adjust.
Duplicate, resize to 45%, bring to the top layer and place by your tube, duplicate,
mirror.

Resize element 13 to 45%, place on the right below the flower layers.

Paste element 29 on the left side below the flowers,
erase the part showing on the side of the flower.

Resize element 4 to 45%, place on the right above the clock layer.

Resize element 10 to 60%, place on the left below the flowers.

Paste element 24 above the window layer on the right.
Paste element 12 just above the doodle layer.

Resize element 22 to 40%, place on the right below the flower layer and place
how you like it.

Add any other elements you would like.
Crop your tag to be sure no stray shadows are on the edges of your tag.

Once happy with it all, close off any backgrounds, merge visible.
Resize first, then add your copyrights and name.

Let's get started

*Remember to add your drop shadow as you go along*

Open a new image 800 x 800
Paste paper 4, apply your mask, delete and merge group.

Paste frame 1, click inside with your magic wand, expand by 5,
paste paper 11, invert, delete, resize your close up and then paste,
delete, select none.
Change the blend mode to Luminance (L).

 Resize your tube to 25%, place on the right side.
Paste  element 10 under the frame, mirror and adjust.

Resize element 24 to 70%, place below your tube layer
in the center almost.

Resize element 14 to 50%, place on the bottom of your tube, duplicate,
move below the tube, come back to the one on top and erase the handle
part and the part over her hand.

Paste element 26 on your mask layer.

Resize element 40 to 75%, place on the left side.

Resize element 6 to 75%, place below the paper layer of the frame on the
right side, duplicate, mirror.

Paste element 81 just above the star frame at the bottom.

Paste the wordart on the top layer at the bottom.

Resize element 78 to 60%, paste below the paper layer of the
frame, duplicate, mirror, duplicate and move up to the top and
have the red part showing, duplicate and mirror.

Then paste element 79 at the bottom, duplicate, mirror.

Add any other elements you would like.
Crop your tag to be sure no stray shadows are on the edges of your tag.

Once happy with it all, close off any backgrounds, merge visible.
Resize first, then add your copyrights and name.

Let's get started

*Remember to add your drop shadow as you go along*

Open a new image 800 x 800 or one you prefer.
Resize paper 12 to 22%, paste and apply your mask, delete and merge group,
resize later to fit your tag.

Resize frame 3 to 37%.

Paste the Rosette, resize to 45%.
Paste your close up tube in the center.

Resize flower 12 to 20%, place under your tube layer, then duplicate your tube,
erase the bottom part that you do not want showing.

Resize the branch to 15%, place below the flower, duplicate, mirror.
Resize flower 2 to 10%, paste below the flower, duplicate, mirror
and make any adjustment to place them how you like.

Resize branch 2 to 8%, duplicate a couple of times and place how you like.

Resize flower 15 to 10%, free rotate to the right, place below the large flower on the right.

Resize the citrus basket to 15%, place on the left below the flower layer.

Resize the grass blades to 15%, place just above the rosette where you like,
duplicate 3 times and place where you like, and mirror some also.

Resize the foliage to 15%, place where you like, duplicate a couple more times and place.
Resize the lemons to 10%, place on the left by your tube and basket, duplicate,
resize to 80%, place more to the left of the first one.

Resize the box to 10%, place on the right, below the yellow leaf layer.
Resize the slices to 5%, place on the box and erase the part hanging over
it to make it look like the slices are in the box, duplicate, slide over a bit
and erase again any part over the box edge.

Resize the birdhouse to 10%, place on the left below the grass layers.

Resize scatters 2 to 30%, place below the tube layer.

Resize the butterfly to 5%, duplicate and place where you like.

Add any other elements you would like.
Crop your tag to be sure no stray shadows are on the edges of your tag.

Once happy with it all, close off any backgrounds, merge visible.
Resize first, then add your copyrights and name.

St Patty Girl PTU

This tut was written for those with a basic knowledge of psp.

I am using the awesome artwork of  Dixie Black aka Swan'Scraps. 
This tube called Patty,  she comes with Valentine layers along with other layers

and close ups for you to enjoy.

Let's get started

*Remember to add your drop shadow as you go along*

Open a new image 800 x 800 or one you prefer.

Resize paper 6 to 75%, apply your mask, delete and merge group.

Paste frame 7,  click inside with your magic wand,
expand by 5, new raster layer, fill with
#e9e38d and move below the frame, select none.
Resize your tube to 50% place in the center.

Resize wordart 3 to 85%, paste on your tube, then duplicate your tube
and move above the wordart, erasing the part you do not want
showing over the wordart.

Resize the lucky bucket to 30%, place on
the right side below the wordart layer.
Resize the hat cupcake to 20%, place over by the bucket.

Resize coins 3 to 30%, place on the left side, resize bear 2 to 30%,
place on top of the coins.

Resize the doodle to 40%, apply Mura Meister Copies-Encircle
place just above the mask layer.
Paste the hanging clover, resize to 50%, apply the Mura Meister Copies-Encircle,
placing this on top of the doodle frame you just made, sharpen once.

Resize the bag of goodies to 50%, place below the bear on the left side.
Resize butterfly 3 to 40%, place where you like, duplicate, mirror and adjust.

Paste the Glitter above the mask layer, place where you like, erasing and part
you do not want, duplicate, move up and arrange  how you like.

Add any other elements you would like.
Crop your tag to be sure no stray shadows are on the edges of your tag.

Once happy with it all, close off any backgrounds, merge visible.
Resize first, then add your copyrights and name.

Let's get started

*Remember to add your drop shadow as you go along*

Open a new image 800 x 800 or one you prefer.
Paste paper 5, apply your mask, delete and merge group, resize as needed.

Paste frame 2, resize to 95%, paste the frame again and resize to 85%.
Click inside with your magic wand, expand by 5, paste paper 11, invert, delete,
select none.
Resize Bridge 1 to 70%, paste more to the left side.
Paste your tube on the right side.

Resize grass 2 to 60%, place in front of the bridge at the bottom, duplicate and move over, erase part of the one to remove the edge showing overlapping the other one.

Paste tree 2 on the left, below the bridge, duplicate, mirror and place behind your tube layer.

Resize tree 1 to 50%, place below your tube layer, duplicate, mirror and place above the bridge layer.

Resize butterfly 2 to 25%, place at the upper left of the frame.

Paste sparkle 1 below the bridge layer and move to the left a bit.

Resize leaf 1 to 25%, free rotate to the right at 90, place below the tube layer on the grass,
duplicate 2 more times and move to each side below both grass layers.
Paste the waterrings  below the grass layers.

Paste the light post on the right below the tree layer, duplicate, resize to 85%, mirror and move below the tree on the left.

Add any other elements you would like.
Crop your tag to be sure no stray shadows are on the edges of your tag.

Once happy with it all, close off any backgrounds, merge visible.
Resize first, then add your copyrights and name.
