This tut was written for those with a basic knowledge of psp.

Supplies Needed

I used PSPX...but any of them should work.
Awesome Scrap kit AMI Red by SassiDesigns PTU HERE
WSL_Mask 194 HERE
Xero Filter-Soft Mood
Font for name Before the Rain 

Drop Shadow usually V2 H2 50 black

Let's get started

*Remember to add your drop shadow as you go along*

Open a new image 800 x 800, resize later.

Paste paper 2, apply your mask and delete, merge group.
You may want to enlarge your mask later to fit the tag better.

Paste and resize element 19 to 90%, take your selection tool and draw a rectangle around the mirror part of the frame, just inside the bevel part, mirror and resize your tube if needed, paste, invert and delete.
Change the opacity to about 32% or one you prefer.
Apply the Xero Filter-Soft Mood.

Duplicate the mirror, being on the bottom one, go to Adjust, blur, gaussian blur set radius at 15.

Resize your tube if needed and place on the right side of the frame.

Resize element 16 to 50% and place behind your tube layer.

Resize element 11 to 60%, mirror and place on the left side.

Mirror element 59 and place on the right below the pillow layer.

Resize element 44 to 35% and place on the left side.

Resize element 15 to 20% and place by the dog.

Resize element 33 to 75%, place on one side, duplicate and mirror, with both being below the pillow layer.

Resize element 49 to 65% and place on the left side below the rose layer.

Resize element 8 to 25% and place at the top on the left side above the green vine layer, duplicate and mirror.

Resize the Zlata Ami Bling 5 to 75% and place on the mirror above the tube in the mirror.

Paste Zlata Ami bling 2 and move above the rose layer on the left, erase any over the mirror part, duplicate and mirror.
You might want to add a dark background long enough to see any other parts that need to be erased lower.

Resize the Zlata Ami Bling 7 to 75%, move down to just above the mask layer and move toward the top and sharpen, duplicate and flip.

Resize element 60 to 75% and move below the mirror frames.

Resize element 1 to 25% and place on the left by the handle of the bike, erase the string a little bit to make it look like it is hanging over it.

Resize element 31 to 40%, and place on the left side below the bicycle layer.

Resize element 35 to 50% and place on the right side behind the tube layer.

Add any other elements that you would like.

Resize your tag first then,
add all copyrights to your tag and your name and merge

Let's get started

*Remember to add your drop shadow as you go along*

Open a new image 800 x 800, resize later.

Resize to 39% and paste the Primavera Spring Mask, select all, float, defloat, add a new raster layer and fill with #fae63f, delete the mask then.
If you prefer you can just leave it black also, looks good either way.
Paste sparkle element 12 on this layer.

Resize element 13 to 75% and paste.
Paste your closeup tube, apply the 20-20 Mask, delete and merge group.
Being on element 13, go to Selections, select all, float, defloat, invert, before deleting, be on your closeup tube layer and delete.
This will delete the shadow of the 20-20 mask.

Resize element 36 to 45% and place on the right side.

Paste your second closeup tube on the left side below the wordart layer.

Resize element 40 to 20% and place on the right side.

Resize element 41 to 25% and place on the right side.

Resize element 32 to 40%, then Image, free rotate to the right at 90 degrees, move to the bottom part of your tag.

Resize element 4 to 40%, free rotate to the right and place on the bottom part of your tag, duplicate and mirror.

Resize element 18 and 19 to 25% and place how you like them, duplicate a couple of times and move around.

Resize element 10 to 65% and place on the bottom part of the tag, just above the tube layer, duplicate and mirror.

Add any other elements that you would like.

Resize your tag first then,
add all copyrights to your tag and your name and merge

Paste BNB-RD-46 first, move below the frame, then paste element BNB-RD-15 in the frame.

Paste BNB-RD-38 and move it on the left side above the frame layer.

Paste your tube on the left side.

Paste BNB-RD-10 and place at the bottom part of the frame.

Resize BNB-RD-4 to 75% and place on the right side, duplicate and mirror and move back to the right side.

Resize BNB-RD-3 to 75% and place on the right side by the shoes.
Paste BNB-RD-35 above the tube layer on the left side and adjust.

Paste BNB-RD-26, behind the tube at the top left side.

Paste BNB-RD-64 on the right side of the frame.

Add any other elements that you would like.
Once happy, resize first then

add all your copyrights and name and you are done.

Let's get started

*Remember to add your drop shadow as you go along*

Open a new image 600 x 250, make a black and white gradient, foreground black, background white,
angle set to 45 and repeat to 5, fill your image.
Paste paper #7, crop and then apply your mask, delete and merge group.

Paste your tube on the right side, resize some if needed.

Paste the wordart tempation and resize to 85%.

Paste BNB-RD 46 and move below the tube layer.

Paste BNB-RD 24, duplicate and move down.

Paste BNB-RD 30, below the tube layer, duplicate and mirror.
Have more showing behind the tube on the right and just a small section on the left showing.
Paste BNB-RD 32 behind the tube layer and adjust to your liking, duplicate and move to the left with just a little bit of it showing. 

Paste your close up, mirror and move to just above the paper layer, change the blend mode to soft light.
Apply the Xero Filter, Radiance.
Being on the top layer, resize BNB_RD 64 to 60% and paste on the left side.

Add any other elements that you would like, do not merge yet. Will be using this for the avator also.

Now for the Avator, I opened a new layer 200 x 200.
Paste your tag you just made but close off the tube layer and the wordart, resize to 82% and adjust, paste your tube and resize to 82% also and adjust to your liking.

Once happy merge visible and apply the AAA-Foto Frame, with the width set to 5 to both your signature tag and avator.

Add all your copyrights and name and you are done.

Apply Xero Filter-Radiance first then Porcelain.

Paste and resize element 71 to 85% and place on the right side.
Paste and resize your tube if needed and place on the left side.

Paste element 46 on the left under your tube layer, duplicate, move up some, then duplicate again and mirror and move down to just above your mask layer.

Resize element 82 to 55% and paste on the left side below the first flower layer.

Resize element 93 to 55% and place on the right side, duplicate, mirror and move below the first shoe and adjust.

Paste element 80 just below your tube layer. Paste element 70 and move to the bottom part of the tube.

Paste element 36 on the left side just above the mask layer.

Being on the top layer paste the wordart....Today is your day and add a medium gradient glow to it.

Being above the mask layer now, paste element 22, duplicate and mirror.

Add any other elements that you would like.

Resize your tag first then,
add all copyrights to your tag and your name and merge

Paste and resize element 63 to 75% and place on the upper right on the ribbon, duplicate, resize to 75% and place where you like.

Paste element 96, move behind your tube layer, free rotate to the right at 35 degrees.

Resize element 77 to 50% and place on the right by the pumpkin.

Paste element 73 and place at the bottom part of the frame, move below the pumpkin layer, duplicate and mirror.

Paste element 108 on one side, duplicate and mirror, moving them below the tube layer.

Resize element 65 to 75% and place on the right side, free rotate to the right by 15 degrees.

Resize element 58 to 50%, duplicate and place on the eyes of the larger pumpkin.

Add any other elements that you would like.

 Resize your tag first then,
add all copyrights to your tag and your name and merge

Open a new image 800 x 800, resize later.

Add a new raster layer, fill with #f4cfad, lower the opacity to 55, resize as needed when your tag is done.

Paste BNB-AS77, duplicate, change the blend mode to hard light, mirror and flip.
Paste BNB-AS69, apply Mura Meister Copies-Encircle, change the first Number to 20, be sure to sharpen once.
Take BNB-AS69 and resize to 60% and apply the Mura Meister again with the same settings, sharpen, merge down.
Click inside with your magic wand, expand by 10, paste paper BNB_ASP3, invert and delete.

Paste your tube, move below the frame layer, duplicate, move above the frame and erase the excess part.

Paste BNB-AS37 and move just above the mask layer and move it to the left, then duplicate and mirror.

Paste and resize BNB-AS35 to 30% and place in one corner, duplicate, mirror, duplicate flip, duplicate mirror.

Paste and resize BNB-AS3 to 50%, place on the lower right, below the ornament layer, duplicate and move to the upper left, under that ornament also.

Resize BNB-AS9 to 85%, place on the left side below the ornament layer, free rotate to the right at 25 degrees. Erase some of the ribbon so it will not be so long.

Resize BNB-AS20 to 25%, flip and place by the tag, duplicate more if you like and place elsewhere on your tag.

 Add any other elements that you would like.

Once happy, close off any background, merge visible and resize your tag.

Add all your copyrights and name and that is it.

Let's get started

Open your template, hold the shift key and hit the d key to duplicate and close the original, delete the credits.
I deleted the top wordart part also.

Go to Image, canvas size and make it 800 x 800 or one you are use to using, I like a big work area.

Paste paper BNB-ASP3, resize to 75% and apply your mask, delete and merge group, move this layer below the template layer.

Resize each paper layer to 75% before pasting.
Merge copy of raster 5 with raster 5 of the template, select all, float, defloat, paste paper BNB-ASP12, invert and delete, also delete the template layer.

Merge copy of raster 4 down with raster 4, select, resize and paste paper BNB-ASP2, invert and delete.

Resize and paste paper BNB-ASP15, you just want the orange part showing, invert and delete.

Raster 2, apply either EyeCandy 5 Impact-Chrome
with these settings
Reflective Map-Indoor Office Space
7.66, 64, 22.33, 0
inside selections marked.
or EyeCandy4000-Chrome, play around to get what you like.

On all the raster 7s and copies of raster 7, the leaves, go to Adjust, Hue and Saturation, colorize with these settings
Hue 14, Saturation 255

Paste BNB-AS79, erase the top and right side frames, resize to 90%, go to Image, Rotate, free rotate to the right at 12 and place on the bottom frame, duplicate and mirror and place on the upper frame.
Take your magic wand, click inside, expand by 2, paste paper BNB-ASP3, adjust to get the leaves showing from the paper, invert and delete.
Delete raste 6 of the template.

The top layer wordart, i Live for Fall, go to Adjust, Hue and Saturation, colorize and use these settings
Hue 14, Saturation 255.

Paste BNB-AS76 on the upper left top, just above your mask layer and adjust. Paste BNB-AS7 on the orange circle at the top left.  Paste BNB-AS9, resize to 75% and rotate to the right about 20 degrees and place on the chrome frame part.
Paste BNB-AS40 and place on the right side just above the mask layer.
Paste BNB-AS72 below the wordart layer and adjust.
Resize BNB-AS31 to 45%, place below the string layer on the right.

Resize and paste your tube on the left side of the tag.

Resize BNB-AS56 to 25%, duplicate and place one on the upper left side and the other on the lower part of the frame on the right side.

Resize BNB-AS21 to 25%, angle it a bit more, duplicate as many times as you like and place where you prefer.

Paste BNB-AS39 just above the mask layer and move where you like.

Add any other elements that you would like.

Do not merge the tag yet, you will be using it for the signature tag and avator.

Once you have made the signature tag and avator,
merge visible, resize your tag and add all copyrights
Add your name and that is it.

Now for the Signature tag
Open a new layer, 600 by 250, resize paper BNB-ASP3 to 75% and paste.
Back on your tag, close your tube layer and the wordart layer and copy and paste. Back to the tag again and open your tube layer and paste to the left. Back to tag, get the wordart and paste and resize to your liking and move to the right more.

Paste the butterfly a couple of time and place where you like.
Merge visible and add AAAFrames-Foto Frame with these settings,
Width 5, Matte 2, Opacity at 50.

For the Avator, do a size that is allowed for your forums, I opened a new layer of 200 x 200, paste paper BNB-ASP3 first, then paste your tag without the tube layer, resize to 85% and move to the left until the wordart is centered.
Apply the same AAAFrames-Foto Frame setting as before.

Be sure to add all copyrights to all your tag pieces.

Paste BNB-GF-52 to 50% and place in the upper left square of the frame behind your tube layer, duplicate and mirror to the right upper square.

Resize and paste your tube to the right side.

Paste BNB-GF-33, free rotate to the left 90 degrees and place on the frame edge, duplicate and mirror.

Paste BNB-GF-71, resize to 75% and place on the right by your tube.

Paste BNB-GF-7 and place below the tube layer on the bottom, duplicate and flip.

Paste BNB-GF-18, resize to 75% and place behind the lipstick layer on the right, duplicate, free rotate 90% to the right and move down lower. Duplicate mirror and move behind your tube layer on the bottom, duplicate 3 or 4 more times and moving the lower layer over to the left each time.

Paste BNB-GF-4, resize to 50% and place at the top on the frame.

Paste BNB-GF-22, resize to 65% and place on the left side.

Paste BNB-GF-10, resize to 35% and place on the glass.

Paste BNB-GF-11, resize to 35% and place behind the glass layer, free rotate to the left by 20 degrees.

Paste BNB-GF-38, resize to 35% and free rotate to the left by 15% and move between the roses layer on the bottom and place how you like them.

 

Add any other elements that you would like.

Resize your tag and add all copyrights
Add your name and that is it.

Paste element #13 and move to one side, duplicate, mirror, duplicate again, move down, duplicate one more time and mirror.

Paste element #26 and move to one side, duplicate and mirror.

Paste element 28 and resize to 75% and place on the right side below the paper layer of the frame.

Being on the top layer, paste element #7.

Resize element 22 to 65% and place by the lips of the frame.

Paste element 18, resize to 75%, free rotate to the left, place on the lips some and then erase the stem over the lips.
Resize element 61 to 50%, free rotate to the left at 90 degree and place below the rose layer and adjust.

Resize element 35 to 35%, apply the 20-20 mask, delete and merge group, place on the bottom part of the lips.

Paste your tube and resize if needed and place on the left side.

Paste element 6 just above your mask layer and move to one side, duplicate and mirror.

Add any other elements that you would like.

Resize your tag and add all copyrights
Add your name and that is it.

Open your template, hold the shift key and hit the d key to duplicate and close the original.
Go to Image, canvas size and make it 800 x 800 or one you are use to using, I like a big work area.

Select Circle, select all, float, defloat,  resize paper #9 to 75%, flip and paste, invert and delete.

Circle 2, add noise at 50% and recolor to match your tube.

Select circle 3, add a new raster layer, and fill with #9d0001, or color of choice.
Paste your closeup tube, invert and delete. Apply Xero Filter-Soft Mood first and then Clarity.

On the paper layer apply PhotoEffex-Scanlines
width at 2, dark band 20, light non band at 10 and noise at 50.
On Brush 3, apply a medium red gradient glow using EyeCandy4000-Gradient Glow, width set at 3, 25, 100

Resize and paste your tube and place it on the right side.

Resize element 5 to 75% and place at the bottom below the tube layer in the center.

Paste element 8 on the right side and move below the red circle layer. Duplicate and move to the upper left side.

Apply a medium red glow to the brush on the bottom layer.

Resize element 15 to 50%, duplicate a couple of times, place how you like them, then duplicate again and resize and place again.

Resize element 4 to 35% and place on the bottom part of your tag below the speaker layer.

Add any other elements that you would like.

Resize your tag and add all copyrights
Add your name and that is it.

Paste and resize element #28 to 65%, click inside with your magic wand, expand by 3,
paste paper #2, invert, delete, now paste your closeup and delete.
I mirrored mine before pasting into the frame.
Apply the Xero Filter-Ultraviolet with these settings.
145, 145, Highlights, 4
Then apply Xero filter-Porcelain.
Apply Mistifier next with these settings
150, 135, 255, 255, 255

Paste your tube and place it on the left side.

Paste element #4 and resize to 85% and place in the center.
Resize element #41 to 40% and place on the left below the flower layer, duplicate and mirror.

Resize element #45 to 75% and place on the right side below the strawberry layer.

Resize bling #5 to 60% and place below the frame layer and move toward the left side more.

Resize element #32 to 35% and place on the right above the glasses.
Resize element #49 to 75%, and paste behind your tube on the left, duplicate and mirror.

Take your free hand tool and draw around the rose bud on element #59 and paste it on the vine on the right and erase the little stem on the rose, duplicate and move down some.

Resize element #10 to 10% and place on the leaves, take your pick tool and rotate it a bit.

Take your smaller tube, resize to 50%, place on the glass, erase the parts you do not want showing, change the blend mode to screen and lower the opacity to about 40%, duplicate and move to the glass behind and move down one layer.

Add any other elements that you would like.
Once happy with it all, close off any backgrounds and merge visible.

Add all copyrights to your tag and your name

and that is it.

Let's get started

*Remember to add your drop shadow as you go along*

Open a new image 800 x 800, resize later.
Paste paper #1, apply your mask, invert, delete, merge group. Paste paper #12 and apply your mask again, invert and delete. Resize to 95% and merge the 2 mask together.

Paste element 62, resize to 95%, click inside the frame and any little areas you want the paper to be in, expand by 2, paste paper #17, invert and delete.

Paste your tube and move below the frame, duplicate and move up, erase any of the parts you do not want showing.

Back on the frame layer, paste element #6.
Paste element #23, flip, duplicate and place on the bottom part of the frame.

Paste element #104, duplicate, move one to the left side and down, change the blend mode to hard light on both, move the other to the right side and up some.

Paste and resize element #35 to 75% and place on the left side, duplicate, mirror and resize again 75%.

Resize element #42 to 50%, duplicate and place under the flower layer to your liking.

Resize element #74 to 75% and place on the left side below the flower layer.

Resize element #100 to 75% and place just above the sign layer, duplicate and move below the sign and over to the right some. Duplicate 2 more times and move over on the right side and move one up more.
Paste element #15 on the right below the grass layers and move toward the top more. Duplicate, resize to 75% and move down a little and above one of the grass layers.
Duplicate again, mirror and adjust behind your sign layer.

Paste element #9, flip and move just above the frame layer on top.

Paste element #102 below the flower layers on the right.
Resize element #29 to 75% and place below the wheel barrel layer on the right, duplicate, mirror and adjust.

Resize the bird to 35% and place on the sign.

Resize element #87 to 75%, free rotate to the left and duplicate a couple of times and place how you like them.

Add the sparkle to the top bottom layer.

Add any other elements that you would like, once happy, close off any background, and merge visible.

Resize your tag first then,
add all copyrights to your tag and your name and merge

Let's get started

*Remember to add your drop shadow as you go along*

Open your template, hold the shift key down and hit the letter d on your keyboard to duplicate the template, close the orginial, delete the credits

Paste paper #1 and apply your mask, delete and merge group. Resize your mask to fit your tag better.

Select the Dark Circle of the template, select all, float, defloat, paste paper #7, or your choice, invert and delete, also delete the template layer.

Apply EyeCandy4000-Gradient Glow with a medium setting and color white. Do this with each layer after you have pasted your paper and deleted the template layer.

Select the grey rectangle, paste paper #2, then apply penta.com filter, Dot and Cross.

Select Grey Circle one, paste paper #1, invert and delete.

Select Grey Circle two, paste paper #1, invert and delete.
Apply Tramages filter-Tow the line to both of theses.

Select Blue Rectangle 1, paste paper #6, invert and delete, do the same with Blue rectangle 2.

Large Blue Square, paste paper #4, invert and delete, now add your closeup and delete.
Apply Xero filter-Soft Mood, then change the blend mode to hard light.
On the Frame, apply EyeCandy5-Impact-Chrome
Bevel width 7.66, Height 64, Smoothness 22.33, Inside Selection box checked
Reflection Map set to Indoor Office Space
Then go to Adjust, Hue and Saturation anc recolor the frame with these settings
Hue 219, Saturation 182

Copy and paste frame #4, resize to 85% duplicate and place on the 2 pink circles that you applied the Tow the Line.

Merge your wordart together, select, select all, paste paper #1, invert and delete. Select again, expand by 2, add a new raster layer, fill with white, move below and select none.

Do the same with the small wordart Fantasy on the rectangle.

Add Bubbles 1 and paste just above the mask layer on the lower left, duplicate, mirror and move to the upper right.

Paste cloud #1 under the Secret Fantasy wordart, duplicate and move over.

Being on the top layer, resize sparkle 1 to 90% and paste, erase the part over your tube's face.
Resize dove 2 to 75% and place on the wordart.

Resize butterfly 2 to 75% and place on the squares below your closeup layer.

Paste frame #2 and resize to 85%, move down to just above your mask layer, then take your pick tool and rotate a bit and place at the upper left side of your tag, sharpen and add your drop shadow.
Duplicate, flip and mirror, adjust to your liking.

Resize Bling 1 to 5% and duplicate a couple of times and place them where you like.

Add any other elements that you would like.

Resize your tag and add all copyrights
Add your name and that is it.

Open a new image 800 x 800, resize later.
Paste element #25 and resize to 85%. Click inside with your magic wand, expand by 3, paste paper #3, invert and delete.

Paste element #38 on the right side, move down some, duplicate, flip and merge down, duplicate and mirror. Move below the paper layer.

Being on the frame layer now, paste element #11, duplicate and mirror and merge down.

Resize element #32 to 75% and place on the left below the last layer, duplicate, mirror and merge down, duplicate, flip and merge down again.

Paste element #43 and place on the left bottom side, duplicate mirror, merge down, duplicate, flip and merge down again.

Paste and resize element #39 to 75% and place at the upper right corner, duplicate, mirror and move to the left lower corner.
Resize element #4 to 55% and place below your last layer, duplicate and flip and move down a layer or so and over to the other one.

Paste element #55 just above the mask layer on the right, duplicate and mirror, merge down.

Paste your tube and move below the leaves layers, duplicate and bring to the top and erase any part that you do not want showing.

Resize element #76 to 75% and place on the lower left side, sharpen twice.

Resize element #110 to 75% and place at the bottom in the center.

Paste element #79 and resize to 75% and place on the right side.

Paste element #108 on the right side.

Resize element #16 to 40%, duplicate, mirror and place where you like.

Add any other elements that you would like, once happy, close off any background, and merge visible.

Resize your tag first then,
add all copyrights to your tag and your name and merge

Open a new image 800 x 800, resize later.
Paste paper #4, apply your mask, invert, delete, merge group.

Paste element #5, take your magic wand, click inside, expand by 10, mirror your tube first, paste, invert and delete.
Move to the left side.

Paste element #72 and resize to 65% and place below the frame layer and move to the left a bit.
Resize element #77 to 25%, duplicate and place by the tree on each side.

Paste element #10, duplicate, mirror and flip.

Being on the top layer, paste element #8, place on element #10 at the bottom, duplicate, flip, duplicate, free rotate 90 degrees left, duplicate and mirror.

Paste your tube and place on the right side.

Duplicate element #10 and move above your tube layer, adjust over the legs and erase the excess you do not want and erase a little bit of the leg showing below it.

Paste the #85 wordart and move toward the bottom some, apply a medium gradient glow to this.

Paste element #63 on the top layers.

Resize element #22 to 25% and place how you like them.

Paste element #66 and place below the mask layer on the right, duplicate and mirror.

Add any other elements that you would like, once happy, close off any background, and merge visible.

Resize your tag first then,
add all copyrights to your tag and your name and merge
