If happy with everything, close off your white background, if you used one and the fireworks and merge visible,  and resize all.
Open your background and fireworks,
add your copyright and name.
If you are not going to animate, then you do not need the
white background anymore, so close off and merge visible and you are done.
To Animate
Add noise at 100%, take to animation, come back and add it again,
and go back to animation shop, paste after the current frame,
go back to psp one more time and repeat the noise.
Back to animation and paste after current frame again,

Let's get started
Open the template and duplicate and close the orginial.

I like room to work, can resize later.
Delete the copyright from the template and the
thin rectangle.
Paste a paper of choice and apply your mask, delete and

Move the wordart to the top and add a gradient glow to it
Copy and paste the sand and flip and move down to the bottom of the template.
Select circle 1 which is the blue center, select all, float, defloat and paste your paper of choice,
I used #8, invert and delete, and delete your blue circle also.
Click the frame layer and go to Adjust and add noise twice at 100% with monochrome checked.
Now select each layer on the template and do the usual,
select all, float, defloat and paste the papers of choice, invert and delete  on each layer. Remember to add your drop shadow as you go along.
Add your tube and resize now if needed and
place on top of the sand in the center of the tag.
Resize the sun to 65% and place to the left behind the tube.
Take the sun rays and place to the right at top
under the wordart Shades, just under the S.
Now the elements, resize the beach ball to 50% and place on the left side.
Resize the boombox 65% and place in front of the ball.
Resize the beer to 30% and place on the right side.
Sunglasses resize to 50% and place on either side.
Refer to my tag for placement or place where you
like the looks of the elements..my choices are just a
guide..resize the cell to 40% and free rotate to the right 25%.
If you would like to add a picture to the cell, I duplicated the tube, resized down to 50% and same free rotation, then
took my magic wand and clicked inside the black square
and pasted the face and invert and deleted, and
changed the blend mode to hard light.
Resize the camera 50% and mirror and place.
Resize the surf board to 80% and place on the right
behind the elements. Remember your drop shadows.
Resize the puppy to 40%, mirror and place in front of the tube by the leg.
Now take the weeds and place behind the tube, where you like the looks of them. I duplicated them and move behind
some of the other layers also...I have a tendency to look and add more at times, so hopefully I have not confused you...
Resize the starfish and place 2 or 3 times on the sand area.
If you are happy with the looks of your tag, merge visible and
resize now.

Add your copyrights and url and name and you are all done
I hope you have enjoyed doing this tut.

This tut was written for those with a basic knowledge of psp.

I am using the awesome artwork of Akkasshaa.
You need a license to use this art work. Please do not use without a license.
You can find this art at PTE HERE

Supplies Needed

I used PSPX...but any of them should work.
Scrap kit by Dreamland Designs, Americana
and you can get it HERE
Xero Filter-Mistifier, Porcelain and Soft Mood
Font-Jayne Print YOFF
Drop Shadow usually V2 H2 50 5

Let's get started
This is a pretty easy one

Open a new image 600 by 250
Copy and paste paper #7 or paper of choice.
I used my pick tool to pull the paper out to the sides.
Or you can select all and paste paper into selections.

Copy and paste your close up and position in the center.
We are doing this now so it will be easier to know
where to place the closeup behind this one.
I resized my close up to 90%, then duplicate and mirror
and place behind and to the side of your main close up tube.
Once in place, merge these 2 tubes and then
apply the xero filter soft mood and
change the blend mode to overlay or one that you prefer.
Ok now copy and paste your full tube and
duplicate and mirror.
Refer to my tag for placement of this tube,
if using the same one I am.
Move it to where just the body is showing,
apply xero filter  porcelain to these, merge these 2 together.
Copy and paste your full tube again and move close to the edge on one side,
then duplicate and mirror this one,
merge these 2 tubes and apply the xero filter, porcelain and then mistifier.
Copy and paste ribbon #2 and resize to 90%
and
duplicate and then move over and line up with the first one,
merge these two together. Move below your close up tube.
Copy and paste my country patch and resize to 85% and free rotate to the right 20%.
Copy and paste the ribbon that says support our troops and place on the left side of the patch.
Copy and paste the flag and place on the right side, behind the Close up tube.
I resized the red and blue stars to 75% and placed in different areas.
Add any other elements that you would like.

For the frame, crop tag first, then select all, new raster layer
and fill with #1d3452 or color of your choice and contract by 3 and delete,
add another new raster layer and fill with #880e07
and contract by 2 and delete, now select none.
Merge all visible and add all your copyrights and url
and your name.

Now for the Avator
Open a new image 150 x 150
Close off your tube on the tag you just made and cope merged the other layers
and paste onto the new image and resize to 75% and position into place.
Go back and open your tube and copy and paste
and resize the tube to 75% also and mirror and move into place, merge visible
and do the frame the same as you did on the other tag.
Add your copyright and license # to this also.

Thanks for giving my tut a try.
