Filter Factory N-Wee Scratches
Mura Meister-Copies
Font Jayne Print YOFF
Drop Shadow usually V2 H2 50 black

Let's get started
Remember to add your drop shadow as you go along.

This tube just made me smile looking at it, so decided to do a tut with it...lol...easy one to do also

Open a new image 600 x 250
Copy your tube and apply Mura Meister filter-Copies with wallpaper rotate
at default setting. Then apply Filter Factory N-Wee Scratches at 255
Copy and paste element #59 move to one side and duplicate and move to the other side matching the ends together.
Resize element #23 to 65% paste and move to the right.
Change the blend mode to Luminance(L).
Resize element #15 to 90% paste and move to the left side.
Paste element #21 and position where you like the looks of it.
Resize element #63 to 50% and place on the right side and move under the grass and sharpen once.
Resize element #45 to 30% and free rotate to the left at 20% and place on the crate, like it is hanging off of it.
Resize element #28 to 30% and place on the rope part of the sign and then duplicate and mirror and place on the left side, duplicate and flip and adjust if needed.

Copy and paste your tube and move to the left side of the tag.

Resize element #54 to 17% or what you prefer for size, duplicate and mirror and place both on the right side.
On the sign I typed out Howdy and rotated to fit the sign.
At this point copy merged and paste as a new image for use on the Avator later. If not the wordart will show on it.
Then I typed out Have a Nice Day, and then selected all, float defloat expand by 2, new raster layer and filled with black, add noise at 50% and moved below the white wordart.
Everything look good to you, then merge visible and apply the xero filter-Clarity.
Then select all, new raster layer, fill with a dark color from your tube, contract by 3, delete and add noise at 50%.
Now add your copyright and name.
For the Avator
Open  a new image 150 x 150
Copy and paste the image you saved for this and resize to 65% and move it until you see the howdy on the sign.
Then merge visible and apply the xero filter-Clarity.
For the frame, select all, new layer, fill with darker color from your tube, contract by 3 and delete and add noise at 50%.
Add your copyright and name and that is it
Hope you have enjoyed doing this tut.

This tut was written for those with a basic knowledge of psp.
I am using the awesome artwork of Arthur Crowe.
You need a license to use this art work. Please do not use without a license.
You can find his art at his store HERE

Supplies Needed
I used PSPX...but any of them should work.
Eye Candy 4000-Chrome and Gradient Glow (Optional)
Filter-dsb flux-Bubbles
Xero Filter-Caravaggio, Porcelain and soft mood
WSL_Mask 254, get it HERE
Template #1 by Stu HERE
Font KaliGraff
Drop Shadow usually V2 H2 50 5
Let's get started

Open the template and duplicate and close the original.
Go to Image, Canvas size and change it to 800 x 800 or whatever size you are use to working on
I like room to work, can resize later.
Delete the copyright from the template.

Fill with color of choice and apply your mask, delete and merge group.
Go to Effects, texture effects, weave and apply with these settings on mask,
1, 9, 1 both colors white and fill gap checked.
On the Stripe circle layer, go to Adjust, hue and saturation, colorize and set both to 150 or to one that matches your tube.
Now take your magic wand and click on the black sections of the striped circle, and add a new raster layer and fill with a color of choice from your tube. I made a gradient with mine, darker color for foreground and lighter color for background, then go to gradient and select yours.
Apply the filter dsb flux-Bubbles with all numbers set at 50,  select none.
On your right square and left back, select float, defloat, add a new raster layer and fill with a color of choice, I used #021330,  then copy and paste your closeup tube, position in place and then, invert and delete. You will want to mirror the tube for the left back.
Apply the xero filter-Caravaggio to both.

Select the center circle layer now, select all, float, defloat, paste your close up and move into place, invert and delete.
Apply the xero filter-Porcelain to this.
Take your full tube, resize if needed and mirror and place on the right side below the black rectangle, then duplicate and move to the top layer and erase part of her leg over the wordart.
On the left square back, right square back and circle back I applied noise at 50% to all these.
Select the small R and L circles, float, defloat and paste your full tube's face, invert and delete. Change the blend mode to hard light and then apply the xero filter, soft mood. Do this for each small circle.
I applied the same Hue and Saturation as before on the small circles also.
On the wordart use your change to target brush and go across the wordart first with a color of choice. Then take your magic wand and click inside each white letter, apply EyeCandy4000-Chrome at default setting and then use your change to target brush again and using the gradient you made before, brush the chrome with that gradient, select none.
On the thin rectangle apply a fat gradient glow with the first color being black and the second color the darker one from your tube. Go to Effects, texture effects, weave and apply with these settings
1, 9, 1 both colors white and fill gap checked.
If you want to add a couple of the silver brads, then take your preset shape and on circle, draw out a small circle and apply the EyeCandy4000 Chrome. Duplicate a couple of times and place.
Add some sparkles on top of your tag and if happy with it all, merge visible and resize now.
I am loving this xero filter Clarity now, (optional).  I applied it to the merged tag, or if you prefer you can go to Adjust and sharpen your tag a couple of times.
Add your copyright and name now.
Hope you enjoyed doing this tut.
