Happy 4th of July PTU

This tut was written for those with a basic knowledge of psp.

I am using the awesome artwork of Keith Garvey.

Drop Shadow usually V2 H2 50 5

Let's get started

Add your drop shadow as you go along.

Ok open a 700 x 700 new image.

Resize paper#1 and apply your mask, delete and merge group.

Copy frame of choice and resize to 35%.

Take your magic wand and click inside of frame

and take paper #4 and resize to 15% and paste into selection.

Deselect

Resize element #8 and place behind the frame just above the mask to the left, duplicate, mirror and flip.

Copy and paste your tube and position to the right.

Resize the flag to 15% and free rotate to the right 25%

and place behind your tube. 

Resize element #26 to 25% and place on the left toward the

top of the frame. Resize element #29 to 15% and free rotate to the right at 90%, place on the left side of frame, then duplicate, mirror and move lower on the tag.

Resize element #27 to 25% and place in

front of the other flower and move down some. Duplicate

this one and resize to 75% and free rotate to the left 20%.

Resize element #10 to 15% and place on the left. Duplicate and free rotate to the left 15% and position. You might have to erase parts that are sticking out below.

Merge each of these layers down into one layer. 

Duplicate and free rotate to the right at 90%.

Place at the bottom on frame, above your tube layer.

Resize element #34 to 25% and place on the left above all the other elements.

Resize element #28 to 15% and place in front of the birdhouse. Duplicate and resize to 75% and position behind the main flower, then duplicate and move over and up some.

Resize element #17 to 10% and place on the buttons of each flower, and erase some of the string on the ends. Be sure to sharpen and add your drop shadow.

Resize element #16 to 25% and place behind the flower

arrangement, then duplicate and free rotate and place to the left behind the flower arrangement.

Type out the wordart you would like to say.

I typed Happy 4th of July using Nashville font.

Had to use another one to do the #4. Then I added a medium

EyeCandy4000 gradient glow to it.

If happy with everything, merge visible and resize your tag now.

Add all your copyrights and name and you are done.

Edgy Rocker Babe FTU

This tut was written for those with a basic knowledge of psp.

Let's get started

Open an 800 x 800 new image, can resize later.

Take paper #6 and apply mask, delete, merge group, resize to 110%.

Paste paper #2 and apply the mask again, delete, merge group.

On the top mask, select all, float, defloat and add your close up tube, then invert and delete, change blend mode to soft light or one you prefer to use.

Then apply the xero filter-soft mood(optional) I love using this filter...lol

Open the city element and resize to 80%, copy and paste and move down some.

Copy and paste your crowd silhouette and move down also and add drop shadow.

Copy and paste your full tube and resize to 90% if using the same one I am using and place to the left of your tag.

Take the splatter and move to the bottom of tag, duplicate, mirror, duplicate flip, duplicate mirror and once in place merge these 4 layers down to one layer.

Resize the record/cd element to 80% and place at the bottom under your tube layer.

Place the edge doodles one at the bottom and then mirror and one at the top or where you like the looks of them.

Copy and paste the sparkles and place to your liking.

Resize disco ball to 50% and place below the mask layers

at the upper left of the tag.

Resize microphone to 25% and mirror and place on the records to the right.

Resize headphones to 25% and place by the microphone. I did a free rotate to the right by 20% also.

Add any other elements you would like.

Once happy with everything, merge visible and resize your tag.

Now add all your copyrights and name and you are done.

On the name I added a fat gradient glow with

a darker color from the tube.

Wild Thang FTU

Let's get started

Open the template and hold your shift key down and hit

the letter d to duplicate and close the original.

Remember to add your drop shadow as you go along.

Delete the stars and dotted lines and copyright from the template.

On the red bars, selection, select all, float, defloat and paste paper #6, invert and delete.

You will do these steps on each layer of the template.

Now delete the red bars.

The underlined part remember to do on each section,

I will not be typing that part for each one...

Large black square, paste paper #3 and invert and delete

like before, delete the black square.

Select the red squares now, paste paper #7, invert delete.

Delete the red squares.

Add whatever filter or texture you would like on this layer.

I used xero-fritillary at these settings

3, 30, 10, 34

Select the black circles, paste paper #6,

you will have to copy this paper twice to fill both circles.

Select the red circles and paste paper #4,

you will have to move it over and copy the paper again to cover the other circles.

The white glitter back, I added noise at 50%.

The black back, paste paper #6, invert, delete.

The gradient back, paste paper #5, invert and delete.

Do not deselect yet, now copy your tube and place either

to the left or right and hit the delete key on your

keyboard. Change the blend mode to Screen.

Duplicate the tube and mirror to the other side.

Now paste your tube and resize if needed.

I had to resize mine some. Place in center and add your drop shadow.

Move the wordart where you would like it to be. I moved

mine just above the edge of the legs on my tube.

Take your magic wand and click inside the white areas of

the wordart and paste paper #10, invert and delete.

Add a inner bevel with these settings

Width 10

28, 2, -30, 43

Angle 130,

50, 32

color white

Then soften the edges with your soft brush tool.

Add flower #5 and place it above the the black circle

layer on each side.

Take ribbon #1 and rotate 90% to the left and place

at the bottom, just above the tube down by the legs.

Duplicate and flip and position above the red circle layer, duplicate and mirror.

Elements, lipstick2, lips3, ipod and shoe 2,

resize to 50%. Place the lipstick and shoe on the left side

of your tag.

Heart 2 resize to 30% and place on the left toward the top of tag, refer to my tag for placement.

Rotate the ipod free rotate, 20% to the right,

place on right side of tag. Take your free hand selection,

draw around the window part of the ipod, add a new raster layer, fill with color of choice, move below the ipod, do not deselect, add your tube, with the face part showing, then invert and delete, deselect now.  Change the blend mode to soft light.

Add the lips on the right side also.

Take paint #1 and resize to 125% and place behind all layers at the bottom part of the tag, then

duplicate and flip, mirror and position at the top part of the tag.

Once happy with everything, then merge visible and resize your tag.

Now the mask, I saved it for last, because we needed to

resize the tag first and then use your pick tool to pull

and stretch to where you want the mask to be.

Now add all your copyright and name and you are done.

Cowgirls Rule-Forum Set-FTU

Mura Meister Filter-Copies

Drop Shadow usually V2 H2 50 5

Let's get started

Add your drop shadow as you go along.

Open a 600 x 250 new image and resize paper #7 to 20%

and paste onto your new image.

Go to Adjust, blur, motion blur first at Angle 45% and strength 100%,

then radial blur, on Spin, Elliptical checked,

Strength 50% and all else at 0, except protect center is at 10%.

Change the opacity to around 70% or what you prefer.

Copy your smaller tube and use the filter-Mura Meister, copies, 

wallpaper at default setting, change the blend mode to Soft Light.

Copy your smaller tube again and place to the left of the tag,

change blend mode to overlay.

Then duplicate that and mirror and place on the right side.

Duplicate this one and move toward the center a bit.

You might have to adjust it some once you add your

closeup tube.

Now paste your close up tube and position it off center a bit.

Adjust your smaller tube now if needed.

Close off your Close up tube and merge all the other

layers visible.

Now take your selection tool and draw a rectangle across

your tag.

Add a new raster layer and fill with #eb589c, change the blend mode to soft light.

Go to effects,edge effects and enhance.

Then effects, blinds at 3, 25 and

both boxes checked, and color white, edge effects and

enhance again.

Type out the wording you would like, I said Cowgirls Rule.

Take your pen tool with the line set on diamond setting

and the width at 3, hold your shift key down to

draw a straight line above and below your rectangle.

Draw another line toward the top of your tag. Convert your lines to raster layer.

Be sure to open your Close up that was closed off before.

If happy with everything, merge your layers visible.

To add the frame, select all, add a new raster layer,

fill with a color of choice, I used  #eb589c, contract by 5 and delete.

Add a new layer and fill with white, contract by 1 and delete, now select none.

Then add the blinds effect to the pink color, first with both boxes checked,

then uncheck the top box, and apply again.

I added a light gradient glow to the white frame part (optional).

If happy with everything, merge all visible now and add your Copyright and name.

Now for the Avator

Open a 150 x 150

Copy and paste your tag from the signature and resize to

75%, position into place, merge visible.

Do the frame the same as on the signature tag.

Select all, new layer, fill with the pink, hit delete on keyboard, then another new layer and apply the white and

delete again. Add the blind effects also.

Add your copyright to this also and name or initial.

All done now, hope you have enjoyed doing

Summer Evening

Let's get started

Open a 700 x 700 new image

Fill with white if you are going to do the animation part.

Now fill with a light color from your tube and apply the mask,

delete and merge group.

Resize your frame by 50% and paste onto

the new image.

Click inside with your magic wand and expand by 5,

add a new raster layer and fill with color of choice.

I made a gradient, make your foreground the darker color

and the background white, then go to gradient and select

sunburst, fill with this color then deselect and move below the frame.

Add the xero filter, fritillary, default settings.

Resize your tube as needed and paste below the frame, duplicate and move above the frame, erase any excess.

Duplicate again, then mirror and place in the smaller frame,

click inside frame and expand by 2 and then invert and delete.

Change the blend mode on this tube to overlay or one you prefer.  Add the xero filter mistifier. Back to the other tube on top of the frame, add the xero filter, improver first, click landscape then ok, then apply the mistifier to this also.

Add whatever wording you would like to say.

I added Summer Evening to mine.

Once happy with everything, resize your tag and

then add your copyright

and name.

I used a Gold gradient for my name. 

If you are not going to animate, then you are done.

To animate, first copy and paste your merged tag to

animation shop.

Then come back and take your magic wand,

click on the lantern a few times until you have what you

want to have the light glowing.

Now go to Adjust, Brightness and Contrast,

Brightness 5 and Contrast 10, select none and copy merged to

animation shop and paste after current frame.

Now select all, frame properties and change that to 20.

Test your animation and if happy save and you are done.

Drop Shadow usually V2 H2 50 5

Let's get started

Add your drop shadow as you go along.

Open a 700 x 700 new image.

Apply paper #2 to new image, resize 85% and apply your mask, invert and delete.

Paste the wagon wheel, resize to 92%

Take the rope frame #1 and resize to 85% and paste on top of the wheel. 

Click inside with your magic wand and expand to 15,

copy and paste your paper, invert and delete, move below the frame.

I sometimes will go back and use my

pick tool and pull the mask out a little if needed.

Copy your tube of choice and move below the frame,

duplicate and move above the frame, erase any excess over the frame.

Then apply xero filter-soft mood to both tubes.

Resize the cactus to 60% and place to the right of the frame.

Copy and paste ribbon #2 and place toward the bottom

of the frame.

Resize the hat to 60% and place to the right by the cactus.

Resize flower #1 to 50% and place on the left side of

the frame. Duplicate the flower, resize again to 50%

and place at the upper right side of the frame.

Copy and resize the whip to 65% and place toward the left,

refer to my tag for placement or place where you like

the looks of it.  Resize the badge to

35% and free rotate 10% to the right and place

by the hat.

Resize the horseshoe to 35% and place behind the flower and duplicate and mirror and place behind the hat.

I then decided to add the vine, resize to 85%, free

rotate to the right, 15% and place behind the cactus and flower at the top, then duplicate and mirror.

I resized the sparkles to 75% and placed where I liked and erased the parts that I did not want on the tube, especially the face part.

Once happy with everything, merge visible and resize your tag now.

Add your copyright and name and you are done.
