This tut was written for those with a basic knowledge of psp.

Supplies Needed

I used PSPX...but any of them should work.
Scrap Kit White Pine Bay By BLT DeZignZ  get it at PFD  HERE
This kit contains:
- 20 papers
- 71 elements
 RR Mask 2_1  HERE
Filter
Mura Meister Copies-Glob

Font of Choice, I used Cardinal

Drop shadow is usually V-2 H-2 Black, 50, 7

 

Let's get started

*Remember to add your drop shadow as you go along*

Open a new image 800 x 800 or one you prefer.

Resize paper 8 to 22%, paste, apply your mask, delete and merge group.

Resize frame 3 to 45%, paste, click inside with your magic wand, expand by 5,
paste paper 8, invert, delete, move below frame.

Resize the house to 23%, paste below the frame in the center.
Resize the tree to 30%, place one behind the house in the center, duplicate, move over to the right more, duplicate again and move above the frame layer on the left.
Resize the web to 10%, place on the house where you like, duplicate and
place again.

Resize the car to 8%, paste toward the left, then take your Pick tool and push in a bit and raise it up a bit.

Resize the gas pumps to 10%, paste on the right side above the frame layer.

Resize the bench to 7%, place below the car layer on the right more.

Resize the 66 sign to 13%, paste below the gas pumps and move up some.
Resize the lights to 10%, paste on the sign.

Resize sign 2 to 6%, paste on the left below the tree, free rotate to the left at 15.

Paste the rock, resize to 15%, place below the car layer on the left, duplicate, move over a bit, duplicate, mirror,
duplicate again, resize to 45%, place in front of the bench leg, duplicate,
move over a bit. Duplicate as many times as you like and place.

Resize leaf 3 to 3%, apply Mura Meister Copies-Glob, change the first number 
 to 55, paste below the gas pump layer, place how you like and then
erase the parts you do not want, duplicate a few more times and move around
like you like them.

Resize the dog to 5%, place on the bench.
Paste your tube, resize as needed.

Resize the cloud to 15%, paste on the paper layer in the frame, move up, duplicate, move over some.

Resize the knife to 4%, place on the right of your tube.

Add any other elements you would like.
Crop your tag to be sure no stray shadows are on the edges of your tag.

Once happy with it all, close off any backgrounds, merge visible.
Resize first, then add your copyrights and name.
