This tut was written for those with a basic knowledge of psp.

Supplies Needed
Font of Choice, I used Simply Glamorous
Drop shadow is usually V-2 H-2 Black, 50, 7
Let's get started
*Remember to add your drop shadow as you go along*
Open a new image 800 x 800 or one you prefer.
BLT paper 5, resize to 22%, apply your mask, delete and merge group.
Paste frame 1 from BLT part, resize to 30%, click inside with your magic wand, and also click in the smaller sections as well,
expand by 5, resize BLT paper 7 to 22%, paste, invert, delete, select none.
Resize the summer string to 20%, mirror, place on the frame on the left.
Resize the sand from MC kit to 20%, place at the bottom and below the frame layer, duplicate, mirror and move up a bit.
Resize the Beach chair from BLT kit to 15%, place on the right side.
Resize the ice cream sponge to 15%, place below the frame layer and off center a bit.
Resize the Beach ball to 10%, place behind the chair on the right.
Resize BLT bottle to 15%, place on the left side below the string layer, duplicate,
resize to 75%, place by the first bottle.
Resize MC element 5 to 5%. place by the chair.
Resize MC element 12 and 13 to 5%, place by the ice cream cone on the sand.
Resize the pinwheel to 10%, place below the ball layer on the right.
Resize the BLT Scatters to 8%, apply Mura Meisters Copies-Encircles,
paste just above the mask layer.
Resize the Sparkles to 35%, paste on the mask layer.
Resize the hot air balloon to 7%, place on the paper layer in the frame,
lower the opacity to 40% and move up toward the left more.
Resize MC element 30 to 10%, place on the sand where you like, duplicate and move over some.
Resize MC element 3 to 20%, place above the chair layer.
Resize your tube to 40%, if using the same one I am, mirror and place on the chair.
Add any other elements you would like.
Crop your tag to be sure no stray shadows are on the edges of your tag.
Open a new image 800 x 800 or one you prefer.

Once happy with it all, close off any backgrounds, merge visible.
Resize first, then add your copyrights and name.
