This tut was written for those with a basic knowledge of psp.

Supplies Needed
I used PSPX...but any of them should work.
Scrap kit used Memories of the Past by Stu and you can get it HERE

Drop Shadow usually V2 H2 50 5
Let's get started
Open a 700 x 700 new image
Remember to add your drop shadow as you go along.
Copy paper #5 and apply your mask, delete and merge group.
Resize the frame element #5 to 75% and paste on top of the mask. Take your magic wand, click inside and expand by 3 copy and paste paper #1, invert and delete, move below your frame. Do not delete yet, copy your tube of choice and position below the frame and then hit the delete on your keyboard, now deselect. Duplicate your tube and apply gaussian blur at 4, blend mode overlay or soft light, which ever you prefer. Then on the original apply the xero filter-porcelain. Merge your tubes.
Resize element 3 to 55% and place behind the paper of the frame and rotate to the left 25% and place at the upper left part of the frame. Resize element #6 to 42% and place on the left side of frame, then duplicate flip and mirror. You will need to do a little adjusting to get it into place like you want it.
Take element #7, resize to 70% and place at the upper right behind the frame, then duplicate, flip, mirror and position. Resize element #10 to 70% and place next and a little on top of the other flower. Resize the butterfly to 30% and duplicate and place where you like them on your tag. My tube came with some flowers and I resized them and place on the left bottom side of my frame.
Once happy with your tag, resize and then add your copyright and name and you are done. I angled my name and added a gradient glow to it.
