This tut was written for those with a basic knowledge of psp.
I am using the awesome artwork of Grafik.

Supplies needed
Scrap Happy Halloween by
Sarah at Wicked Little Cupcake Designs HERE
WSL_Mask 208 HERE
Font used Ghoulish Fright
Drop shadow usually V2 H2 50 5 black
*Remember to apply your drop shadow as you go along*
Open a 650 x 650 new image, fill with white so you can see what you are working on.
Paste paper #2, resize to 85% and apply your mask.
Copy and paste the star wire.
Copy and paste frame 2, resize to 85%, click inside with your magic wand and paste paper #3, invert and delete and move below the frame.
Resize the haunted house to 55% and place below the frame and erase and edges showing past the frame.
Resize the fence to 50% and place behind the house and move over and erase any excess outside the frame.
Duplicate and mirror to the other side.
Resize the black cat to 25% and place on the fence on the left side.
Resize ribbon #1 and place at the bottom of the frame.
Copy and paste your tube and resize and mirror and place on the right side above the ribbon layer.
Resize the moon to 40%, place at the top right, under the frame layer and change the blend mode to Luminance (L), erase any outside the frame area.
Lower the opacity to around 75.
Resize the bat to 15% and place by the moon, then take your pick tool and rotate it just a bit to the left.
Resize the wordart BOO! to 50% and place at the top of your tag.
I use the cupcake in honor of Sarah being the Wicked Cupcake, lol, you might want to use the pumpkin or the witches hat for this part.
Resize to your liking and place on the left side.
Close off the white background and merge visible and resize your tag now.
Add your copyright and name and that's it unless you want to do the animation.
Animation
Reopen the white background you closed before.
Resize the ghost to 25% and place just above the paper layer in the frame and move low, just so the eyes are showing above the house, copy merge and paste in animation.
Back to psp and move the ghost up some copy merged to animation and paste after current frame.
Back to animation and move the ghost up again and move over a little bit, take to animation again.
Back to psp and do this a few more times, moving the ghost each time, until you are happy with it all.
Select all in animation and change the frame properties to 25 and test and if happy with the way the ghost is moving around, save and that is it.
