This tut was written for those with a basic knowledge of psp.
I am using the awesome artwork of Misticheskaya.

Drop Shadow usually V2 H2 50 black
Let's get started
*Remember to add your drop shadow as you go along*
Open a new layer with whatever size you are use to working with.
I always use 800 x 800 and resize later
Paste paper #10 and apply your mask and delete.
Resize the log to 85% and paste.
Paste Frame 2, resize to 75% and move to the right a bit.
Using your magic wand, click inside the frame, expand by 5, new raster layer, fill with a color of choice, I used #fceec4.
Select none and move below the frame layer. Add a light texture to the paper.
Paste the grass and resize larger to 105%.
Resize and paste your tube and place on the grass part.
Climbing vine, resize to 70% and free rotate to the right 20% and place on the right side of the frame, duplicate and mirror.
Resize the grass n rock to 50%, place on the left side below the grass layer, duplicate and mirror and place where you like.
Paste the tree on the left below the grass n rock layer.
Resize the spring sign to 50%, free rotate to the right by 10% and paste behind your tube on the right side.
Resize the dandelion to 15%, duplicate twice and place where you like them, just below the grass layer.
Resize the floaties to 20% and paste above each dandelion.
Resize the spray to 50% and place on the grass, duplicate and mirror.
Resize the plant to 25% and place behind the grass layer on the left and duplicate and move it to the right.
Resize the lantern to 75% and place behind your tube on the right, below the spring sign layer.
Resize the bottle to 30% and place on the right just below the grass layer, duplicate and mirror and move down a few layers.
Resize the tree to 50% and place inside the frame.
Resize the bubbles to 50% place inside the frame behind the tree, duplicate and place how you like.
Resize the twig to 50%, free rotate to the left 90%, place just above the bottle layer on the right.
Resize your tag and add all copyrights
Add your name and that is it.
