This tut was written for those with a basic knowledge of psp.
I am using the awesome artwork of PinUp Toons.
You need a license to use this art work. Please do not use without a license.

Drop Shadow usually V2 H2 50 black
Let's get started
*Remember to add your drop shadow as you go along*
This is an easy peasy one to do
Open the Cluster Frame, duplicate and close the orginial.
Go to image, canvas size and change to what you prefer,
I usually do 800 x 800 and resize later.
Flood fill with a color of choice, then type out book worm, apply Mura Meister-Copies-Tiling (angle) and only change the gap setting to 3, merge down with your color layer and apply your mask, delete.
Take your free hand selection tool and draw around your frame, new layer and fill with #e0d0bc or color of choice and move below the frame layer.
Do not deselect yet
Paste your tube, duplicate and mirror, adjust how you would like them, then invert and delete. Merge the 2 tubes together and be sure they are below the frame layer. Apply Mura Meister-Copies-*Line, with the 1/n fade out box checked.
Select none now.
Duplicate the tube layer, Adjust, gaussian blur at 4 and change the blend mode to mutiply and merge down.
Paste your tube on top of the frame layer, duplicate, gaussian blur at 4, change the blend mode to overlay or whatever you prefer.
Once happy, merge and resize your tag.
Add your copyrights and name and thats it.
