This tut was written for those with a basic knowledge of psp.

I am using the awesome artwork of Arthur Crowe.

Supplies Needed

I used PSPX...but any of them should work.

Drop Shadow usually V2 H2 50 black

Let's get started

*Remember to add your drop shadow as you go along*

Open the template, hold the shift key down and hit the D key to duplicate and close the original.
Delete the credits

Paste paper #6 and apply the mask and delete, merge group, resize up to 120%.
Moving this below your template.

Select Raster 2 on the template, (the large star), select all, float, defloat, add a new raster layer, fill with #90021c and apply Andrew Filter #38, Multiply Lines with these settings
8, 3, 179, 255

Select Raster 6, (large white circle), select, float, defloat and paste your paper of choice,  I used paper #5, invert and delete.
Do not deselect yet, now paste your close up of choice, position how you want, and delete.
Duplicate your close up, gaussian blur at 4, change the blend mode to screen or one you prefer to use and then merge down.
Paste element #25 below the white circle layer.

Select raster #3, select all, float, defloat, add a new raster layer, fill with #90021c and add noise at 50%.

Select copy of raster 2 (smaller star), select all etc and paste paper #12, invert and delete.
Apply EyeCandy4000 Gradient Glow, width at 3, Soft Corners at 25 and  Overall opacity at 100 on both the stars.

On the wordart go to Adjust, Hue and Saturation with these settings
147, 255 for a blue color, if you prefer it to be red, then make both numbers 255.
Apply a fat gradient glow, with the first color being the blue and the other one being white.

Add the gradient glow to the merged star circle also.

Paste your tube and resize if needed and place on the left side of the tag.

Resize the hat and rocket to 50%, mirror the rocket and place behind the tube at the left top and place the hat at the bottom right side.
Resize element #27 to 20% add a gradient glow and place where you like it.
Resize the bubble bee to 20%, duplicate a couple of times and place how you want them.

Add any other elements that you would like, once happy close off your white background and merge visible

Resize your tag and add all copyrights
Add your name and that is it.
