This tut was written for those with a basic knowledge of psp.

Supplies Needed
I used PSPX...but any of them should work.

Drop Shadow usually V2 H2 50 black
Let's get started
*Remember to add your drop shadow as you go along*
Open a new image 800 x 800, resize later.
Paste paper #19 and apply your mask, invert and delete.
Resize the mask to fit your tag.
Paste Frame 3 and resize to 75%, click inside with your magic wand and expand by 3, paste paper #18, invert and delete, add your closeup and delete, select none.
Duplicate your closeup, gaussian blur at 4, change the blend mode to overlay or one you prefer, merge down.
Apply Xero Filter-Porcelain. Lower the opacity to 70%.
Paste your tube on the top layer and over to the right, move below the frame layer, duplicate and move this one to the top layer and erase any extra over the frame. Also erase the little bit showing under the frame.
Paste element 144 and resize to 65%, free rotate to the left, take your pick tool and rotate it just a bit to the right, duplicate and mirror.
Paste element #132 and free rotate to the left, duplicate and mirror, erase any in the middle area you do not want.
Paste element 131, the bow and resize to 75% and place at the bottom of the frame in the middle.
Resize element #129 to 50% and place on the left side below the bow layer.
Resize element #138 to 30% and place on top of the bottle and erase part of it to look like it is hanging over the bottle.
Resize element #39 to 30% and place on the left, by the bottle.
Resize element #128 to 50% and place on the frame on the left side. Resize element #127 to 50% and place on the right side.
Resize element #134 to 35%, mirror and place on the right side.
Resize element #126 to 45% and place on the right and with your pick tool, rotate it a bit to the right.
Paste Sparkle #3 on top of all layers.
Add any other elements that you would like, once happy with it all, close off any background being used and merge visible.
Resize your tag and
add all copyrights to your tag and your name
and that is it.

Resize element #138 to 30% and place on top of the bottle and erase part of it to look like it is hanging over the bottle.
Resize element #39 to 30% and place on the left, by the bottle.
Resize element #128 to 50% and place on the frame on the left side. Resize element #127 to 50% and place on the right side.
Resize element #134 to 35%, mirror and place on the right side.
Resize element #126 to 45% and place on the right and with your pick tool, rotate it a bit to the right.
Paste Sparkle #3 on top of all layers.
Add any other elements that you would like, once happy with it all, close off any background being used and merge visible.
Resize your tag and
add all copyrights to your tag and your name
and that is it.
