This tut was written for those with a basic knowledge of psp.

Supplies Needed
I used PSPX...but any of them should work.

Drop Shadow usually V2 H2 50 black
Let's get started
*Remember to add your drop shadow as you go along*
Open a new image 800 x 800 or one you are use to using, can alway resize later.
Paste paper #2 or one of choice and apply your mask and delete.
Paste element #11, click inside with your magic wand and expand by 15, paste paper #8, invert and delete. Move below the frame layer. Do not deselect yet, mirror your tube first before you paste it, then paste your second bigger tube, and delete. Apply Xero Filter-Radiance
Paste element #26
Paste element #16 and resize to 95% and place below the mask layer on one side of the frame, duplicate and mirror.
Paste element #2 and move to just above the mask layer.
If using the same tube as I am, resize to 75% and place on the right side and adjust element #2 now under your tube.
Resize element #17 to 50% and place on the left side, just below the tube layer. Sharpen a couple of times, then duplicate and resize to 75% and move up some on the left side.
Resize element #3 to 50% and place on the left side and sharpen.
Resize element #23 to 50% and place on top of element #17 on the left side.
Resize element #29 to 50% and move below your tube layer on the right and move to how you like it and erase the parts you do not want.
Duplicate and mirror and move to the upper left and erase the parts you do not want showing again.
Resize element #13 to 75% and place behind your tube, free rotate to the right 90 degrees and adjust behind your tube.
Duplicate, mirror and resize to 75% and place where you like on the left side.
Resize element #27 to 75% and place at the bottom and erase any part you do not want showing.
Resize the butterfly to 35%, mirror and place at the upper left corner of the frame. Duplicate and resize again and place where you like.
Add any other elements you would like.
Resize your tag and add all copyrights
Add your name and that is it.
On the name I added EyeCandy4000-Chrome and recolored, then selected, expanded by 2, added a new layer and fill with black and moved below.
