Font of Choice, I used Dragon is Coming
Drop shadow is usually V-2 H-2 Black, 50, 7
Let's get started
*Remember to add your drop shadow as you go along*
Open a new image 800 x 800 or one you prefer.
Add a new raster layer, fill with a gradient that you make using two colors from your tube.
Angle 45, repeat at 3 and apply your mask.
Or if you prefer use one of the papers from the kit.
Paste element 39, free rotate to the right, then mirror.
Click inside with your magic wand, expand by 5, paste your tube, invert, delete, select none. Apply the xero filter Porcelain, then apply Soft Vignette,
Ellipitcal, Foreground colors leave as is,
changing the pattern type to Diagonal dots
0, 0, 0, 255
Paste your tube again, resize to 50% and place on the right side.
Paste element 25 on the left upper side of the frame, resize to 85%, duplicate and move down some., free rotate to the left at 15 degrees.
Paste element 11 on the tube layer to cover the edge of her legs.
Paste element 33, free rotate to the left at 90, place below the tube layer in the frame on the right side.
Paste element 66 on top of the ribbon layer at the bottom.
Paste element 2, resize to 50%, place off center to the left.
Paste element 81, resize to 50%, place on top of the heart.
Paste element 9, resize to 50%, place on the right side above the sparkle layer.
Paste element 16, resize to 75%, place on the left side above the ribbon layer.
Paste element 8, resize to 50%, free rotate to the right at 45 degrees, place below the shoe layer.
Paste element 41 just above the mask layer and over to the left a bit.
Paste element 59 above the netted heart layer, place how you like and duplicate and move over to the other side, erasing parts you do not want to show.
Add any other elements you would like.
Crop your tag to be sure no stray shadows are on the edges of your tag.

Once happy with it all, close off any backgrounds, merge visible.
Resize first, then add your copyrights and name.
