Let's get started
*Remember to add your drop shadow as you go along*

Open a new image 800 x 800 or one you prefer.

Resize paper 2 to 80%, apply your mask, delete and merge group,
Go to Effects, edge effects and enhance once.

Paste frame 1, resize to 45%, duplicate and move down and to the
right more, once happy with them, merge visible.
Click inside with your magic wand, expand by 5, resize paper 4 to 80%
paste, delete, now paste your original tube in the upper frame,
delete and select none, duplicate, mirror and move to the lower
right frame, erasing an strays showing from the tube.

Resize your tube to 50%, if using the same one I am and paste in
the center of the frames.

Paste element 7, apply Mura Meister Copies-Encircle, move to
just above the mask layer.

Paste element 20 and place on the left side.
Paste element 6 on the left in front of the umbrella, duplicate,
resize to 75%, mirror.

Resize element 9 to 60%, apply Mura Meister Copies-Encircle and move
below the paper layer of the frames.

Resize element 4 to 50%, place on the lower right, duplicate,
move up to the top below the tube layer.

Paste element 13 below the mask layer, move how you like, erase the
ones you do not want showing, duplicate, flip, mirror and adjust, and
erase again parts you do not want showing.

Resize element 16 to 75%, paste below the bow that is on top of your tube at the bottom.  Erase the leg part showing below the ribbon.

Paste element 1 below the paper layer of the frame on the right side.

Paste element 2 below the rose circle layer, recolor the beads to match
your tag and move them to the bottom part of your tag.

Resize element 14 to 50%, place on the lower right side how you like, below the tube layer.

Add any other elements you would like.
Crop your tag to be sure no stray shadows are on the edges of your tag.
Once happy with it all, close off any backgrounds, merge visible.
Resize first, then add your copyrights and name.
That's it
Hope you enjoyed doing my tut.
