This tut was written for those with a basic knowledge of psp.
I am using the awesome artwork of Arthur Crowe.
The tube is called Amazon Babe and I am using a matching kit by the same name

Supplies Needed
I used PSPX...but any of them should work.

RR Mask 2_1 HERE
Font of Choice, I used Mad Beef
Drop Shadow usually V2 H2 50 black
Let's get started
*Remember to add your drop shadow as you go along*
Open a new image 800 x 800
Paste paper 7, apply your mask, delete, merge group.
Paste element 29, move up to the left some, duplicate and move
down to the right.
Paste your tube so the face is showing in the upper frame, either erase or use your free hand tool to draw around the frame, invert and delete, change the
blend mode to Luminance(L)
Resize the tube to 55%, if using the same one I am and paste, erasing
some of the tree at the top and some of the edges on each side at the bottom.
Resize element 23 to 80%, place on the right side, paste element 21 behind the tube layer and adjust to your liking.
Paste element 26 just above the mask layer on the right side.
Resize element 27 to 55%, place above the tube layer toward the right,
duplicate, mirror, resize to 75%. Duplicate again, move below the tube
layer on the left and up some.
Paste element 14 under your tube layer, duplicate and move over some.
Resize element 34 to 75%, paste behind the tube layer and place how you like,
duplicate, resize to 75%, move below the fern layer and over to the left more.
Resize element 32 to 65%, place on the right side more below the water layers
and erase any of the stem showing below. Duplicate and resize to 65%, mirror
and adjust on the left.
Resize element 6 to 50%, place on the left below the flowers, duplicate and move up a bit.
Resize element 31 to 20%, mirror and place at the upper right.
Paste the sparkle layer above the frame layers.
Add any other elements you would like.
Crop your tag to be sure no stray shadows are on the edges of your tag.
Open a new image 800 x 800
Paste paper 7, apply your mask, delete, merge group.
Paste element 29, move up to the left some, duplicate and move
down to the right.

Resize element 27 to 55%, place above the tube layer toward the right,
duplicate, mirror, resize to 75%. Duplicate again, move below the tube
layer on the left and up some.
Paste element 14 under your tube layer, duplicate and move over some.
Resize element 34 to 75%, paste behind the tube layer and place how you like,
duplicate, resize to 75%, move below the fern layer and over to the left more.
Resize element 32 to 65%, place on the right side more below the water layers
and erase any of the stem showing below. Duplicate and resize to 65%, mirror
and adjust on the left.
Resize element 6 to 50%, place on the left below the flowers, duplicate and move up a bit.
Resize element 31 to 20%, mirror and place at the upper right.
Paste the sparkle layer above the frame layers.
Add any other elements you would like.
Crop your tag to be sure no stray shadows are on the edges of your tag.
Once happy with it all, close off any backgrounds, merge visible.
Resize first, then add your copyrights and name.
