CT Tutorial LUDMILLA for Lys Isange and MarieL Designs

 

 

This tut was written for those with a basic knowledge of psp.

I am using the awesome artwork of  Lys Isange and the matching kit by Mariel Designs.
Tube is called MudMilla  and the kit has the same name.

Supplies Needed

I used PSPX...but any of them should work.

Scrap kit LudMilla by Mariel Designs HERE or HERE or HERE
 RR Mask Set 2_1   HERE
Filters
Xero-Soft Mood
 

Font of Choice, I used Kirsty

Drop shadow is usually V-2 H-2 Black, 50, 7

 

Let's get started

*Remember to add your drop shadow as you go along*

Open a new image 800 x 800 or one you prefer.

Paste paper 6, resize larger to 130%, apply your mask, delete and merge group.

 

Paste frame 4, resize to 85%, move over to the right below the mask layer.

 

Paste the house on the left, resize to 95%, apply the Xero Filter-Soft Mood to the house.

Resize your tube to 30%, place on the right.

Paste your original tube on the mask layer and move over to the left, then being on the mask layer, select all,  float,  defloat,  invert and being on the tube layer, delete, select none, change the blend mode to soft light.

 

Paste element 64, resize to 85%, place on the right above your tube layer, duplicate, mirror.

 

Paste element 57, resize to 50%, move over to the left side.

Resize element 76 to 30%, place on the left by element 57, duplicate, mirror.

 

Resize element 9-2 to 30%, mirror and place at the upper part of the house.

Paste element 14 below the house layer, apply the Xero Filter-Soft Mood.

 

Resize element 16 to 40%, place on the right just above your tube layer, duplicate, mirror, move back over toward the right by your tube.

 

Paste element 35 below the tree layer, apply the Xero Filter-Soft Mood twice.

 

Resize element 73 to 65%, place at the bottom above the grassy layers, duplicate, mirror.

 

Resize element 30 to 20%, place on the skull on the left side, duplicate, mirror, place by the other skull.

 

Resize element 23 to 30%, place at the bottom off center.

 

Resize element 37 to 45%, place on the right below the tube layer, free rotate to the right at 10 degrees, duplicate, mirror, move below the house layer.

 

Resize element 87 to 75%, place at the top right side.

 

Resize element 7 to 15%, place below the grass layers, so just a bit of it is showing, duplicate if you like and move where you like.

 

Resize element 62 to 15%, place on the left on the sign.

 

Add any other elements you would like.

Crop your tag to be sure no stray shadows are on the edges of your tag.

Once happy with it all, close off any backgrounds, merge visible.
Resize first, then add your copyrights and name.
