The Book Seller

 

 

This tut was written for those with a basic knowledge of psp.

I am using the awesome artwork of  Keith Garvey, 
 and a
AWESOME scrap kit by MarieL Designs call Book Seller, it is Exclusive
at ScrapNCompany

Supplies Needed

I used PSPX...but any of them should work.

PTU Scrap kit Book Seller by MarieL Designs  HERE 
Made to match tube called Ruby HERE 
 WSL_Mask 254  HERE

Font of Choice, I used fancy Pens

Drop shadow is usually V-2 H-2 Black, 50, 7

 

Let's get started

*Remember to add your drop shadow as you go along*

Open a new image 800 x 800 or one you prefer.

Paste paper 7, resize larger to 130%, I also made the mask larger to 125%, then apply your mask, delete and merge group. Duplicate the mask, mirror, merge down, then go to Effects, Textures Effects, Textures and apply a brick texture, I applied it twice.

I used Brick wall, size 45

15, 2, 7, 0

315, 50, 30

Color white

Paste element 60 at the bottom of the mask.

Paste paper 7 and do not make larger this time, move below the floor, take your erase along the edges to help get rid of the straight lines on the floor itself, and also erase the wall part of this mask,  make it look worn or shaded how you like,  lower the opacity to around 85.

 

Resize the desk to 65%, place on the left.

Resize your tube to 85%, place in front of the desk to the right.

 

Resize element 1 to 60%, place on the right below the desk layer.

 

Resize element 4 to 15%, place on the desk.

 

Resize element 8 to 35%, paste below the desk layer on the left.

 

Resize element 2 to 35%, place on the right in front of the book case.

 

Resize element 14 to 55%, place behind your tube on the right, sharpen once.

 

Resize element 6 to 20%, place on the desk.

 

Resize element 36 and place on the floor by the desk or where you prefer. Resize element 37 to 8%, place on the saucer.

 

Resize element 9 to 22%, place by the leg on the desk, free rotate to the left at 8.

 

Resize element 35 to 20%, place on the left side of the book case.

 

Resize element 73 to 30%, place on the left.

 

Resize element 5 to 30%, place below the dog layer on the left.

 

Resize element 18 to 20%, place on top of the book case. Resize the original to 15%, and place by the first one.

Resize element 13 to 15%, place between the boxed on the book case.

Resize element 22 to 15%, place on top below the box and bear, duplicate, move over.

 

Resize element 29 to 20%, place on top of the book case by the boxes.

 

Resize element 19 to 15%, place one on the desk and one on the floor by the chair.

Resize element 65 to 12%, place on the desk.

 

Resize element 90 to 75%, place below the book case on the left.

 

Resize element 88 to 20%, place just above the book case on the right by the chair and books.

 

Add any other elements you would like.

Crop your tag to be sure no stray shadows are on the edges of your tag.

Once happy with it all, close off any backgrounds, merge visible.
Resize first, then add your copyrights and name.
