Xero Filter-Radiance and Porcelain

Drop Shadow usually V2 H2 50 5

Let's get started
Remember to add your drop shadow as you go along.
Open a 700 x 700 new image, copy paper #5 and apply your mask, delete and merge group. You might have to enlarge your mask later.
Copy and paste and resize frame 20 to 35%.
The papers are large so you will want to resize them.
Click inside the frame with your magic wand, and expand by 3, paste paper of choice, I used #1, invert and delete, move below your frame. Then I used paper #2 and changed the blend mode to Hard Light.
Resize element 14 to 20% and place at top behind frame, duplicate and move over some, erase any parts sticking out from the frame.
Resize element #36 to 25% and rotate 90% to left or right and place behind the paper layers on one side or the other and then duplicate and mirror.
Copy and paste your close up and be sure it is below the frame layer, duplicate, go to Adjust, guassian blur at 4, change the blend mode to overlay or one that you prefer using.
On the original, xero filter, porcelain, then back to copy, merge down and apply the xero filter mistifier and I also added the soft vingette (optional).
Resize element 35 to 45% and place at the lower left of the frame.
Resize flower element #32 to 30% and place at lower left corner of tag, on top of element 35. Duplicate and resize to 75% and place to the right of the other flower, then duplicate again and move up and to the left a bit. Resize element 31 to 20% and rotate 42% to the left and place behind the flowers toward the top and then duplicate, flip and mirror and position behind the flower on the lower part.
Resize elements 10 to 25% and element 11 to 30%  and place at the upper right corner of your frame, take your pick tool and angle one of them just a bit. Bow 29, resize to 30% and place on top of the wordart tags. Resize the bee to 15% and place around the flowers, duplicate a couple of time and move them around to your liking.
Copy and paste your tube on top of the flowers on the left side of the tag. Resize element 13 to 15% and place on top of the tube to cover a bit...
 I also took this element and placed it above the mask layer and duplicated and placed in different places.
I then resized the bear to 15% and placed on the right of the frame for a little whimsical look.
Once happy with everything, merge visible and resize your tag.
Add your copyright and name and you are done.
