This tut was written for those with a basic knowledge of psp.

Let's get started
*Remember to add your drop shadow as you go along*
Open the template and duplicate and close the original.
Delete the copyright
I went to Image, canvas size and changed mine to
800 x 800
I like alot of room to work, can alway resize later.
Type out the wordart of choice, I typed sea life using Impact that comes with psp and size was 175, color #65afbe then use your pick tool to adjust if needed.
Select the wordart, expand by 3, new raster layer, fill with white, move below the color wordart and add noise at 50% and your drop shadow.
Apply Oliver's Filter-Toile d' Araignee with the intensity at 40.
Copy and paste the sand below the wordart.
Merge the 2 bottom squares into one layer, then select, float, defloat, new raster layer, fill with #65afbe,
or color of choice. Apply Oliver's Filter-Toile d' Araignee with the intensity at 40.
Select the lines, float, defloat, new raster layer and fill with #65afbe, add noise at 50%
Select the rectangle and paste paper #4, invert and delete.
Take paper #6, apply Mura Meister clouds with a color from your tube for the bottom color and the other 2 top ones on white.
Select the circle layer, paste the paper, invert and delete.
Copy and paste paper #6 again, invert and delete and change the blend mode to soft light.
Resize sea plant to 50%, place on the right, duplicate and mirror and move up some.
Resize the sea grass to 45% and place at the bottom of the circle, with the thickest part in the center at bottom.
Then select the circle, float, defloat, invert and delete the grass that is showing below the circle part, select none.
Duplicate the sea grass and mirror and place to your liking.
Resize starfish to 30% and place on the wordart, duplicate and place again.
Resize seagull , one at 40% and one at 35%, place toward the top right side of the tag.
Resize the fish to 15% and duplicate 2 more times and place where you like the looks of them.
Change the opacity to 85%.
Resize the dolphin to 25% and lower the opacity to around 60%.
Resize button #2 to 25% and place on the right side.
Resize the anchor to 25%, mirror and change the color to #65afbe,
and move until it is below the circle layer.
Now paste your tube and place on the wordart where you want. Add your drop shadow.
Happy with everything, then merge visible and resize.
Add your copyright and name and you are done.
