This tut was written for those with a basic knowledge of psp.
I am using the awesome artwork of Mitzi Sato-Wiuff.

Supplies Needed
I used PSPX...but any of them should work.
Xero Filter-Porcelain, Clarity and Mistifier
DBV_Mask 09 HERE
Font WhisperWrite
Drop Shadow usually V2 H2 50 black
Open a new image to a size you are use to working with
I do mine 800 x 800 and resize later.
Flood fill with color #bb6833 and apply your mask and delete.
*Remember to add your drop shadow as you go along*
Copy and paste Frame #5
Take your magic wand and click inside, expand by 30,
paste paper #13, invert and delete and move below the frame.
Copy and paste your tube,
duplicate and bring to the top and erase any excess over the frame.
Apply the Xero Filter Porcelain first to both tubes, then Clarity and then Mistifier
Paste leaf #3 and move to the bottom layer and to the left side, then duplicate and mirror.
Copy and paste leaf #4 and move to the bottom just above leaf #3 layer and move to the center more.
Being on the top layer again, resize the dready bear to 50% and place on the right.
Resize the gourd basket to 70% and place on the right side in front of the bear.
Resize the camera to 50% and move below the bear layer and place where you like the looks of it.
Resize the heart dangle to 50%, mirror and place on the left side on the frame.
Resize the lock to 30%, free rotate to the left, 25%
Resize the key to 40% and place by the lock.
Resize bow #1 to 75%, mirror and place below the basket layer.
Resize mushroom #1 to 50% and place below the bow layer on the left.
Copy and paste the sparkle swirl on the top layer, change the blend mode to Luminance(L) and lower the opacity to 70.
Resize the wordart Steampunk to 70%, then select all, float, defloat, expand by 2, add a new raster layer and fill with
color #bb6833, add noise at 50%, then move below the wordart, add a medium gradient and then a drop shadow.
I then typed out Memories and place to the right a bit on the Steampunk wordart.
Resize bow #4 to 80% and place behind the tube at the top.
This tube also came with 2 cute steampunk kittens that I added to the tag also.
Once happy with everything, if you used a background color, close that off and merge visible.
Resize your tag now and add your Copyrights and name and you are done.
