This tut was written for those with a basic knowledge of psp.

Drop Shadow usually V2 H2 50 black
Let's get started
*Remember to add your drop shadow as you go along*
Open a new layer with whatever size you are use to working with.
I always use 800 x 800 and resize later
Paste paper #9 and apply your mask and delete.
Resize frame #3 to 65%, go to Image, free rotate to the left at 20 degrees. Take your magic wand, click inside the frame, expand by 4 and paste paper #10, invert and delete.
Apply the Xero Filter, Clarity to the frame.
Copy and paste your tube, resize as needed
Resize the cluster to 75%, free rotate the the right at 90 degrees and move to the left.
Erase the leg areas of the tube showing below the cluster.
Resize the Doodle image to 75% and free rotate to the left at 20 degrees and place on the left side below the cluster layer.
Resize the Brushed leaves to 75% and free rotate to the left at 20 degrees and place on the left side also. Duplicate and resize to 75% again and place a little lower.
Place the Doodle Bling just below your tube layer at the bottom part of the frame.
Resize the birds to 40% and place on the right side of your tag.
Paste the Bubbles on the top layer on the left side, adjust, then duplicate, mirror and flip.
Resize the netting to 50% and place on the frame layer and adjust how you like it. Then duplicate and move it below the paper layer of the frame and move to the right how you like.
Add the sparkles just below the tube layer and move toward the bottom of the tag.
Resize the Doodle fairy to 50% and place on the left side.
Resize the Grass to 75% and place below the frame layer, erase any part showing outside the frame.
Resize the Puffs to 75% and place above the frame layer, duplicate and mirror and free rotate to 20 degrees and erase any part that you do not want showing.
Resize Flower #5 to 50% place on the right side below the cluster layer and erase some of the stem.
Add any other elements that you would like.
Resize your tag and add all copyrights
Add your name and that is it.
