This tut was written for those with a basic knowledge of psp.

Supplies Needed
I used PSPX...but any of them should work.

Drop Shadow usually V2 H2 50 black
Let's get started
*Remember to add your drop shadow as you go along*
Open a new layer with whatever size you are use to working with.
I always use 800 x 800 and resize later
Paste paper #14, apply your mask and delete.
Adjust, Hue and Saturation, colorize with these settings
Hue 236, Saturartion 131
Apply paper #2 and apply the mask again, resize to 95%
and apply the same colorizing again and then merge down.
Copy and paste natural frame #1, click inside with your magic wand, expand by 4, paste paper of choice, invert and delete.
Do not deselect yet, paste your closeup tube, place where you like and delete. Add your drop shadows, close off your mask layer and then merge visible.
Go to Adjust, Hue and Saturation, colorize and put both numbers to 0.
Duplicate, being on the bottom layer, go to Image, free rotate, and rotate by 20 degrees to the right.
Paste the string frame #2 and rotate 90 degrees, and place on the frame.
Adjust, Hue and Saturation, colorize with these settings
Hue 236, Saturartion 131
Being on the top layer again, resize your tube as needed and place on the right side of the frame.
Resize flower #2, mirror, apply Mura Meister Filter, copies-*lines, number set at 12, place to cover the tips of the legs on the tube, erase the end parts of the flower line. Adjust, Hue and Saturation, colorize with both numbers on 0.
Resize the NauralWA1 to 85% and paste on the left side and colorize the same as before and sharpen once.
Resize the ribbonmess to 80% and place on the left side below the NautralWA1 layer, erase the bit showing over your tube.
Adjust, Hue and Saturation, colorize with these settings
Hue 236, Saturartion 131
Paste the paper scrap just above your mask layer, mirror and move down on the left side.
Paste Smudge #1 and paste just above the mask layer, colorize like before with Hue 236 and Saturation 131, then duplicate, flip and adjust.
Apply the xero filter-Clarity
Resize your tag and add all copyrights
Add your name and that is it.
On your name, select all, float, defloat, expand by 2, add a new raster layer and fill with black, move below your name layer.
