This tut was written for those with a basic knowledge of psp.
I am using the awesome artwork of Myriadelle.

Drop Shadow usually V2 H2 50 black
Let's get started
*Remember to add your drop shadow as you go along*
Open a new image to a size you are use to working with, I usually do mine 800 x 800 and resize later.
Flood fill with #1e3257 and apply your mask.
Apply the penta.com filter-jeans to your mask with these settings, 64, 2 or a setting that you like, then sharpen once.
Paste frame #1 and resize to 75%, click inside with your magic wand, paste paper of choice, I used paper #8 and resized it to 70%, invert and delete.
Apply PhotoEffex-Scanlines, width at 3 and noise at 100%.
Take frame #6 and your Pick tool and shape this frame to have the outter edge showing and then apply EyeCandy4000-Chrome to this with these settings
Under Basic-outdoor.tif
8.49, 35, 50, 72.00 and then ok
Paste frame #3 and resize larger to 105% and erase the part on the buckle of the other frame.
Paste your tube and move below the frame #1 layer, duplicate and move to the top layer and erase the parts over the frame.
Close off your mask layer and merge visible.
Duplicate the merged frame layer and resize this one to 35% and move down on the left side of the tag, duplicate and move to the upper right of your tag.
Resize frame #7 to 30% and place behind the smaller circle cowgirl frame, apply EyeCandy4000-Chrome with these settings
Under Basic-outdoor.tif
8.49, 35, 50, 72.00 and then ok
Duplicate this frame and move below the other smaller circle cowgirl frame.
Go to your preset shapes and select Ellipse and width at 2, background closed off and draw a cirle around your small circle frame, then add a new layer and select your text tool and type out what you would like yours to say
I typed out
It's a Cowgirls Life, then select all, float, defloat, add a new raster layer, expand by 2 fill with white, select none and move below the wordart and going back to the top wordart, merge down, duplicate, flip and mirror and adjust on the other smaller circle frame.
Resize the tag to 60% and free rotate to the right 25% and erase a little bit to make like it is hanging on the wire frame part.
Resize the badge to 20% and apply mura meister copies-Encircle and change the first number to 14 and place just above the mask layer, and take your Pick tool and pull it out how you like the looks of it behind the frame.
Once happy with it all close off any background used and merge visible and resize.
Add your copyrights and name and thats it.
