This tut was written for those with a basic knowledge of psp.

Supplies Needed
I used PSPX...but any of them should work.

Drop Shadow usually V2 H2 50 black
Let's get started
*Remember to add your drop shadow as you go along*
Open a new image 800 x 800, resize later.
Paste frame element #48 and resize to 75%, free rotate to the left by 15 degrees, duplicate and mirror and adjust into place, merge visible and erase the center section of the frames.
Take your magic wand, click inside, expand by 5 and paste paper #17, adjust how you like, invert and delete.
Before selecting none, paste your middle closeup tube, delete and now select none.
Change the blend mode to soft light.
Resize element #30 to 70% and paste more to the left side.
Duplicate, mirror, move to the right and erase the part you do not want showing.
Resize element #2 horse to 55% and place on the left side below the fence layer.
Paste element #79, duplicate 4 more times, total of 5 layers.
Move 2 layers below the fence layer and adjust to your liking, move the other 3 above the fence layer and adjust.
Resize (water) element #85 to 50% and place on the left side, below your grass layer.
Resize element #81 to 50%, duplicate, place one below the grass layer and the other on top of the water layer. Duplicate again and resize to 50%, duplicate and place on the left at the edge of the water.
Resize element #26 to 65% and place on the left, below the grass layers above the fence, duplicate and mirror.
Resize element #92 and duplicate 3 times and place along the fence area like you want them.
Resize element #89 to 50%, duplicate a couple of times and place where you like them.
Resize element #16 to 60% and place at the upper right of your tag.
Resize element #40 to 50% and place below your tube layer by the fence.
Resize element #84 to 30% and then back on original, resize again to 25% and place both on the right side by the cactus.
Being on the top layer, paste sparkle 105 on the bottom part of the tag.
Paste sparkle 101 just above the mask layer and move to the left, sharpen, duplicate and mirror. Add a lighter drop shadow on this.
Resize element #25 to 50% and place on the right side below the plant layers and make it look like the chicken is just peeking out.
Being on the top layer, resize element #59 to 15%, free rotate to the right 10 degrees, duplicate and mirror and place how you like them.
Add any other elements that you would like, once happy, close off any background, and merge visible.
Resize your tag first then,
add all copyrights to your tag and your name and merge
