This tut was written for those with a basic knowledge of psp.
I am using the awesome artwork of Nocturne.

Supplies Needed
I used PSPX...but any of them should work.

Drop Shadow usually V2 H2 50 black
Let's get started
*Remember to add your drop shadow as you go along*
Open a new image 800 x 800, resize later.
Paste paper #13 apply your mask, delete and merge.
Paste element #5, will adjust as you go along to fit where you want it.
Paste element #27 and apply the 20-20 mask, delete and merge group. Duplicate and mirror and do any adjusting to get it to look like you want it. Having a white background will let you see the shadows of the mask, erase some of the edges.
Resize element #68 to 50% and paste at the bottom, duplicate a couple of times and arrange how you like them.
One I moved above the tube layer and applied the 20-20 mask and duplicated and erased part of it on the right side.
Resize element #166 to 20% and place on the left side and move below the grass layers, and place how you like.
Resize element #44 to 25% and place on the right side below all the grass layers, duplicate and mirror.
Paste and resize your tube as needed and place on the right side.
Resize element #71 to 85% and place just above your mask layer on the left, duplicate and mirror.
Resize element #6 to 75% and place just above the mask layer on the left. Open element #6 again and resize to 50% and place in front of the other one on the left side and move out some.
Resize element #47 to 50% and place on the right behind your tube layer, then paste element #95 and adjust.
Being on your top layer, paste sparkle #75.
Resize element #103 to 25%, place on the left side.
Resize the deer to 50% and place on the right just above the mask layer.
Resize element #79 to 25%, duplicate a couple of times and arrange them below some of the grass layers.
Add any other elements that you would like.
Once happy with it all, close off any backgrounds and merge visible.
Add all copyrights to your tag and your name
