This tut was written for those with a basic knowledge of psp.

Drop Shadow usually V2 H2 50 black
Let's get started
*Remember to add your drop shadow as you go along*
Open a new image 800 x 800 or one you prefer, can alway resize later.
Resize your mask bigger to 125% and paste on paper #13, delete and merge group.
Resize element #65 to 65% and then free rotate to the right at 10 degrees. Click inside with your magic wand, expand by 5, paste paper #13, invert and delete, move below the frame layer.
Resize and paste your tube and move off center to the left.
Paste element #34 behind your tube layer.
Resize element #9 to 85%, mirror and place behind the tube on the left side.
Paste element #168, move below the frame layer on the left side, duplicate, move to the center and lower under your tube, duplicate again and move above the frame layer to the right.
Paste element #78 and place on the right side, just below the grass layer you just added. Duplicate, mirror and move just above the house on the left.
Resize element #40 to 70% and place on the right side, duplicate and mirror.
Resize element #92 to 50% and place on the right side below the pole figure and move it out just a bit.
Resize element #47 to 60% and place at the upper right on top of the frame.
Paste element #95 below the tube layer on the left side and adjust it on the house and tree.
Paste element #76 under your tube layer and move toward the bottom.
Add any other elements that you would like, once happy close off any background and merge visible.
Resize your tag first and then add all copyrights to your tags.

Paste element #95 below the tube layer on the left side and adjust it on the house and tree.
Paste element #76 under your tube layer and move toward the bottom.
Add any other elements that you would like, once happy close off any background and merge visible.
Resize your tag first and then add all copyrights to your tags.
