This tut was written for those with a basic knowledge of psp.

Supplies Needed
I used PSPX...but any of them should work.

Drop Shadow usually V2 H2 50 black
Let's get started
*Remember to add your drop shadow as you go along*
Open a new image 800 x 800 or one you prefer, can alway resize later.
Paste paper #3, apply your mask, delete and merge group.
Paste element #11, then go to Image, free rotate, rotate to the right by 15 degrees. Click inside with your magic wand, expand by 5, resize paper #15 to 75% and paste, invert and delete, move the paper below your frame layer, change the blend mode to soft light.
Paste element #6 and resize to 50%, place at the bottom left of the frame, duplicate, mirror and adjust, duplicate twice again and move to the center. You can readjust later after your tube and other elements are added.
Resize your tube to 65%, if using the same one I am, paste on the left side of the frame, duplicate, mirror, move below the paper layer in the frame and move to the right to your liking and erase the excess outside of the frame.
Paste element #20 behind your tube on the left, change the blend mode to Luminance (L) and free rotate to the left by 10 degrees.
Resize element #14 to 75%, place on the right side, then take your change to target brush and change the color of the hat to this color #a58cbc.
Paste element #13 and resize larger to 130% and place off center. Apply EyeCandy4000-Gradient Glow on the medium setting and color white, width at 3
Resize element #43 to 80%, duplicate and mirror and move both to the left side above the tube layer and place how you like them.
Paste element #26 below the hat layer and place how you like it. Duplicate, resize to 70% and place above the word boo to the left.
Resize element #32 to 50% and place below the word boo in the center and move up a bit, sharpen and add your drop shadow twice.
Resize element #30 to 80% and place below the word boo.
Duplicate it, bring to the top and move to the right by the hat.
Resize element #47 to 40%, move below your tube layer and move toward the top left, change the blend mode to Luminance (L).
Paste element #49 on your mask layer and duplicate once.
Resize element #34 to 40% and place on the hat on the right side.
On the name, I did select, select all, float, defloat, add a new raster layer, expand by 2, fill with black and move below.
Then apply EyeCandy4000-Glass to the top layer of the name and move it over some so the black shows more.
Add any other elements that you would like, once happy close off any background and merge visible.
Resize your tag first and then add all copyrights to your tags.
