This tut was written for those with a basic knowledge of psp.

Supplies Needed
I used PSPX...but any of them should work.

Drop Shadow usually V2 H2 50 black
Let's get started
*Remember to add your drop shadow as you go along*
Open a new image 800 x 800, resize later.
Paste paper #8, apply your mask, delete and merge group.
Paste El43 and resize to 70%, click inside with your magic wand, expand by 3, paste paper #8, invert and delete, move below your frame layer, now mirror and paste your close up and move to the right side more, delete and now select none.
Change the blend mode to screen.
Paste El47 and resize to 75% and move to the right a bit on top of the frame layer.
Paste El68 on the left side of the frame.
Paste El74 behind the house layer and adjust to your liking.
Paste El38, resize to 50%, place behind the house on the left side and move up a bit, duplicate and mirror, adjust behind the house on the right side of it, then duplicate again and move over more to the right.
Paste El20, resize to 20%, duplicate and place on the right side at the bottom of the house.
Resize El5 to 40% and place on the right side also.
Duplicate El20 again and move to the right side of the pumpkin.
Resize El3 to 30% and place on the left side behind the tree layer and move up so it shows above the house.
Paste El87 and resize to 25%, move below the pumpkin layer on the right, duplicate, free rotate to the left at 90 degree and move over to the left more and move up a layer or so.
Resize El23 to 25% and place in front of the pumpkin.
Paste El19 and resize to 90% and place at the top on the top layer.
Paste El11 on the right side, being on the top layer.
Paste El12 just above the mask layer on the left side, duplicate and mirror.
Paste El36, duplicate a few time and place just above the fence layer how you like them.
Being on the top layer, paste your tube and move it to the left side.
Duplicate your tube, mirror and move down to just above your frame layer and adjust any elements that need adjusting and lower the opacity to 90%.
Paste El34 on the top layer and move toward the top more.
Add any other elements that you would like.
Resize your tag first then,
add all copyrights to your tag and your name and merge

Resize El3 to 30% and place on the left side behind the tree layer and move up so it shows above the house.
Paste El87 and resize to 25%, move below the pumpkin layer on the right, duplicate, free rotate to the left at 90 degree and move over to the left more and move up a layer or so.
Resize El23 to 25% and place in front of the pumpkin.
Paste El19 and resize to 90% and place at the top on the top layer.
Paste El11 on the right side, being on the top layer.
Paste El12 just above the mask layer on the left side, duplicate and mirror.
