Drop shadow is usually V-2 H-2 Black, 50, 5, use what you prefer.

Let's get started

*Remember to add your drop shadow as you go along*

Open a new image 800 x 800 or a size you prefer, paste paper 1, apply your mask, delete, merge group.
Paste element 50 on the mask layer.
Paste element 47 at the top of the columns.
Resize element 49 to 90%, paste lower on the columns.

Paste your tube about center, resize to 60%.

Paste element 14 at the bottom, above the tube layer, resize to 85%, erase some of the straight edge.
Resize element 52 to 50%, paste below the tube layer on the left.

Resize element 42 to 60%, mirror, paste below the grassy layer on the right, duplicate, mirror.

Resize element 59 to 75%, paste below the column layer on the left, duplicate, mirror.
Resize element 82 to 30%, paste at the upper right below the cloud layers.
Resize elment 8 to 30%, paste below the little cottage house on the right, duplicate, mirror, move below the swan boat.

Resize element 58 to 40%, paste on the right below the grassy layer to cover the bottom of the cottage house, duplicate, mirror, duplicate one, resize to 70%, move above the grassy layer where you like, duplicate again and move over some.

Resize element 26 to 25%, paste at the bottom being on the top layer.
Resize element 30 to 35%, paste below the swan on the left, duplicate, mirror.
Resize element 22 to 15%, paste by the lantern at the bottom.

Resize element 85 to 45%, paste below the column to the left of the tube a bit, duplicate, move above the columns and to the left, duplicate, mirror, adjust.

Paste element 33 on the top layer and move down, erase some of the larger sparkles on the tube, then duplicate and move below the tube and up.

Resize element 53 to 25%, paste at the upper left, below the sparkle layer, duplicate, mirror, move up to  the top layer sparkle at the lower right.

Resize element 76 to 50%, paste at the bottom on the grassy layer on one side, duplicate, mirror.

Add any other elements you would like.

Crop your tag to be sure no stray shadows are on the edges of your tag.

Once happy with it all, close off any backgrounds, merge visible.

Resize first, then add your copyrights and name.

Drop shadow is usually V-2 H-2 Black, 50, 5, use what you prefer.

Let's get started

*Remember to add your drop shadow as you go along*

Open a new image 800 x 800 or a size you prefer, paste paper 5, apply your mask, delete, merge group, then resize larger to 130.

Paste element 13, then element 24,  click inside with your magic wand, expand by 5,
paste paper 6, invert, delete, move below the frame.

Paste your tube in the center.

Resize element 5 to 45%, paste on the left below the frame duplicate, move above the frame,duplicate again, mirror. Go back to the second one, the one you moved above the frame,
erase the part that is covering the chain hanging down on the tube.

Resize element 19 to 40%, paste below the flowers on one side, duplicate, mirror.
Duplicate the left one, free rotate to the right at 90 degrees, move below the first one, duplicate, mirror.
Resize element 20 to 85%, flip, paste at the bottom on the frame layer to the left, erase any of the stem showing above the tube, duplicate, mirror.

Resize element 15 to 40%, apply a fat gradient glow with the color white, using
EyeCandy4000-Gradient Glow and place on the left side.

Paste element 6 below the tube on the right, duplicate, mirror.
Resize element 48 to 30%, place on the right below the tube layer.

Resize element 27 to 30%, paste on the left below the glitter layer, duplicate, mirror, duplicate, move up some.
Resize element 59 to 75%, place below the tube layer with the heart part being on the left.

Paste element 74 on the mask layer on the upper left, duplicate, flip, mirror, adjust on the lower right.

Being on the top layer, paste element 62 on the left, duplicate, mirror, flip.

Add any other elements you would like.

Crop your tag to be sure no stray shadows are on the edges of your tag.

Once happy with it all, close off any backgrounds, merge visible.

Resize first, then add your copyrights and name.

Resize element 30 to 22%, free rotate to the left at 20 degrees, place on the book.

Resize element 14 to 25%, place on the right above the book layer, duplicate, move to the left below your tube layer.
Resize element 22 to 40%, place below the book layer on the dream tag on the left.

Paste element 75 at the bottom just above the frame layer, duplicate move at the top below the frame and erase the parts showing on the right side, duplicate, again, move below that layer and down some, still being below the frame layer.

Resize element 63 to 35%, place on the right being on the top layer now.
Resize element 42 to 40%, place on the right above the clock layer, duplicate, mirror, adjust behind your tube.

Add any other elements you would like.

Crop your tag to be sure no stray shadows are on the edges of your tag.

Once happy with it all, close off any backgrounds, merge visible.

Resize first, then add your copyrights and name.

Resize element 39 to 85%, paste on the left below the tube layer.

Resize element 2 to 25%, duplicate as many times as you like and place around on the brick path.
Resize element 36 to 25%, place where you like.
Resize element 28 to 25%, mirror, place at the upper right.
Resize the wordart Mardi Gras to 65%, paste at the top above the tube layer.
Resize element 68 to 50%, place below the tube layer on the brick path on the left, duplicate, resize to 75%, move to the right below the coins and hat.
Paste element 18 on the right on the frame layer.

Resize element 65 to 75%, paste on the mask layer on the upper left, add noise at 40%, duplicate, mirror.
Resize element 71 to 30%, paste on the left at the bottom of the sign, move below the coin layer.
Resize element 63 to 35%, paste on the left by the mask.
Resize element 43 to 20%, paste at the bottom by the foot of the tube.
Resize element 27 to 25%, paste by the coins on the left.
Resize element 79 to 50%, paste on the left on the cityscape in the frame at the top, duplicate, mirror, adjust, erase any part showing outside the frame.
Resize element 48 to 50%, free rotate to the right at 90,  paste on the right at the bottom below the feather stand (element 37).
Resize element 91 to 20%, paste on the feather stand how you like.

Add any other elements you would like.

Crop your tag to be sure no stray shadows are on the edges of your tag.

Once happy with it all, close off any backgrounds, merge visible.

Mirror your tube, paste on the left side of the mask, then being on the mask, select all, float, defloat, invert, delete on the tube, select none, change the blend mode to Soft light.

Resize your tube to 40%, paste on the right side.

Resize element 97 to 75%, paste below the tube layer about center, duplicate, resize to 75% again, move to the right, duplicate, mirror, adjust.

Paste element 37, resize to 95%.

Paste element 34 below the glitter layer behind the center tower, erase the stem showing at the bottom, duplicate, resize to 70%, move to the right above the glitter layer on the smaller tower.
Resize element 6 to 50%, paste below the tube layer.

Paste element 93, resize to 50%, apply Mura Meister Copies-Glob changing the first number to 23, then take your Pick tool, hold the shift key down and drag one corner down about half way, then drag the other side down until it is laying flatter, duplicate, mirror, move both below  
tower layers, adjust, erasing and of the scatters on the edge you don't want.

Resize element 89 to 10%, paste on the suitcase.
Resize element 94 to 13%, paste on the same suitcase.
Resize element 61 to 13%, paste on the back suitcase, free rotate to the left at 20 degrees.
Resize element 76 to 15%, paste on the suitcase.

Resize element 38 to 45%, mirror, place on the suitcase, duplicate, resize to 65%, mirror, move below the tube layer on the right.
Resize element 86 to 20%, place by the feet of your tube on the left side.
Resize element 52 to 20%, mirror, place by the hat.

Resize element 3 to 35%, paste on the right below the bird, duplicate, mirror, move below the suitcase layer, duplicate again, move over more toward the center.
Resize elemenet 11 to 35%, paste below the suitcase on the left, duplicate, move about center.

Resize element 65 to 40%, paste on the right below the bird.
Resize element 59 to 50%, mirror, paste at the bottom below the tube layer, duplicate, move to the left and below the suitcase, duplicate again, mirror, adjust.

Resize element 60 to 50%, paste on the left just above the tower.

Open frame 3, resize to 70%, free rotate to the left at 15 degrees, move to the left a bit,  click inside with your magic wand, expand by 5, paste paper 12, invert, delete, move below the frame, mirror your tube first, paste, delete, select none.
Apply the Xero filter-Soft Mood

Being on the frame layer paste the original tube on the right, resize to 90%.

Resize element 6 to 80%, take your pick tool, holding the shift key, taking one corner and pulling down about half way, then the other side, place at the bottom of your tube.
Resize element 26 to 83%, paste on the mask layer at the bottom.

Resize element 7 to 50%, paste below the frame paper on one side, duplicate, mirror, moving both down some.

Paste element 52 on the mask layer and move to the top more.
Being on the top layer, resize element 27 to 50%, place on the right.
Element 1 resize to 25%
Element 2 resize to 25%
Element 16 resize to 25%, duplicate
Place these on the left side how you like.

Resize element 12 to 40%, paste below the elements you just added, duplicate, move over to
the right just a bit, duplicate again, move below the bark layer to the right.

Resize element 17 and 18 to 45%, paste on the left just above the frame layer.
Resize element 10 to 35%, place below the paper layer of the frame on the right, duplicate, mirror, move above the frame on the left, adjust.

Resize element 48 to 30%, paste on the top layer at the bottom.
Resize element 3 to 40%, paste under the flower.

Resize element 40 to 25%, paste on the right below the tube layer, duplicate, move above the tube layer and over to the left a bit.

Resize element 8 to 40%, free rotate to the right at 20, paste below the tube on the leaves, duplicate twice, mirror both and adjust to your liking on the left.

Resize element 44 to 50%, paste on the left above the mushroom layer, duplicate, mirror.
Resize element 37 to 50%, paste on the left on the frame layer.
Resize element 23 and 24 to 25%, paste both below the flower layer the way you like.
Resize element 21 to 35%, paste below the other pinecones more to the right.

Resize element 54 to 40%, paste below some of the elements at the bottom, duplicate, move to the right more.
Resize element 15 to 25%, paste on the right being on the top layer at the bottom.

Resize element 75 to 25% place below the coffee pot layer.

Resize element 7 to 20%, place below the phone on the right.
Resize element 87 to 30%, paste below the phone.

Resize element 56 to 35%, paste on the right above the flower layer and move up a bit.
Resize element 30 to 75%, mirror, paste on the right on the frame layer.
Paste element 80, free rotate to the right at 90, move to the bottom on the frame layer, duplicate, mirror.
Resize element 98 to 50%, move below the frame paper and up by the tube's head, duplicate, move over to the right more with just two hearts showing.

Let's get started

Open a new image 800 x 800 or a size you prefer.
Paste element 37, resize to 90%.

Paste element 5, resize to 50%, move to the left and up some, duplicate, move to the right and down some.
I didn't merge the frame because you might want to readjust them later, so take your magic wand, click inside each frame expand by 5, paste paper 17, invert, delete, move below the tubes,
mirror your tube for one of the frames, paste the tube in each frame, then delete each tube, select none.
Duplicate each tube, go to Adjust, Blur, Gaussian Blur, number on 4, change the blend mode to
hard light, merge each tube down with the other. Then apply Xero filter-Soft Vignette with these settings
Elliptical, Foreground color
Diagonal dots
1, 0, 0, 255
Paste your tube on top of the frames, adjust.

Resize element 85 to 90%, go to Adjust, Hue and Saturation to change the color, use
these numbers
H 208, S 175
Paste element 43 on the glitter layer, resize to 95, duplicate, mirror.

Resize element 77 to 50%, paste on one side at the bottom of the tube, duplicate, mirror, erase the flower on the lower tube face.
Resize element 30 to 30%, paste below the flower on the left, duplicate, resize to 85%, move down a bit.
Resize element 67 to 55%, free rotate to the right at 90 degrees, paste below the flower on the right, duplicate, mirror.
Resize element 100 to 35%, paste at the bottom being on the top layer, duplicate twice, moving these below the flower layers on each end.

Paste element 78 on the bottom layer, resize a bit larger to 105%.
Paste element 34 below that layer on the right, adjust to how you like it, duplicate, mirror, again adjust to your liking.
Resize element 79 to 20%, free rotate to the left at 10 degrees, paste below the top flower layer at the bottom.
Resize element 80 to 20%, paste by the love sign.
Resize element 51 to 15%, mirror, paste at the bottom left side.

If you would like to do a Signature and Avator, do not merge your tag yet.
Add any other elements you would like at this time.

Close off the tubes, frames and the background stuff, you want from the clock and above to copy merged.
Open a new layer 600 x 300, paste your merged layer, resize to 75%.
Go back to your main tag, open all the layers again, then select the purple flower on the bottom layer, paste, resize to 75%, free rotate to the left, duplicate, mirror, move both below the merged layer, adjust, erase the part you don't want showing, duplicate, free rotate to the right at 90, adjust, erase, duplicate, mirror, adjust and erase any other parts.
Add a new layer, fill with #f2e5f5, add a mask of choice, I used Monti Blind mask.
Resize element 51 to 15%, mirror, paste at the bottom left side.

Avator
A size that is allowed for your group or forum,
mine is 200 x 200, fill with  #f2e5f5, apply Xero filter, fritillary with these settings
5, 30, 68, 46
Copy your Signature tag merged and paste, resize to 85%, move how you like the looks, then add a frame of choice.
I used AAA Frames-Foto Frame width on 3 and all other numbers left as is.
Be sure to add your copyright to all tags and name.

Crop your main tag to be sure no stray shadows are on the edges of your tag.

Once happy with it all, close off any backgrounds, merge visible.

Resize first, then add your copyrights and name.

This tut was written for those with a basic knowledge of psp.

I am using the awesome artwork of  Nocturne.

Filters

Mura Meister Copies-Encircle

Font of Choice, I used Blacksword

Drop shadow is usually V-2 H-2 Black, 50, 5, use what you prefer.

Let's get started

*Remember to add your drop shadow as you go along*

Open a new image 800 x 800 or a size you prefer, paste paper 15, apply your mask, delete, merge group.
Paste element 49, select all, float, defloat, mirror your tube, paste your tube on the left with
the face on the clock face, invert, delete. select none, change the blend mode to hard light.

Resize element 48 to 40%, paste on the mask layer, apply Mura Meister Copies-Encircle, change the first number to 30.
Paste element 11 on top of that layer.
Resize element 78 to 40%, apply Mura Meister Copies-Encircle, change the first number to 16.
place that on top of the lace doily.
Resize element 46 to 25%, apply Mura Meister Copies-Encircle, change the first number to 12,
paste on top of the last circle you made.

Resize your tube to 45%, paste on the right side.

Resize element 66 to 60%, paste on the left on the clock layer, free rotate to the left at 20 degrees, duplicate, mirror, move below your tube layer.
Resize element 89 to 40%, paste below the tube layer on the right, free rotate to the right at 25 degrees.
Resize element 88 to 75%, paste below the tube layer.
Resize element 18 to 65%, place on the left side.
Resize element 92 to 45%, mirror, place on the left below the swirly element layer.
Resize element 3 to 45%, paste below the paper holders on each side.
Resize element 44 to 50%, paste on the straight edge of the legs and erase the hearts to the left.
Resize element 28 to 25%, paste below the vase on the left.
Resize element 84 to 30%, place at the bottom about center, below the hearts covering the legs.

Resize element 5 to 50%, paste below the flowers on the left and just having the green
leaves showing mainly, duplicate, mirror, adjust, duplicate again, move to the center more,
then back to the ones on the ends, duplicate each, move up some, erasing all but the green you
would like showing.
Being on the top layer, paste element 94.
Resize element 41 to 15%, place at the bottom, duplicate a couple of times and move where you like.
Resize element 85 to 40%, place on the jar layer.

Add any other elements you would like.

Crop your tag to be sure no stray shadows are on the edges of your tag.

Once happy with it all, close off any backgrounds, merge visible.

Resize first, then add your copyrights and name.
