This tut was written for those with a basic knowledge of psp.
Supplies Needed
I used PSPX...but any of them should work.

Drop shadow is usually V-2 H-2 Black, 50, 5, use what you prefer.
Let's get started
*Remember to add your drop shadow as you go along*
Open a new image 800 x 800 or one of your choice, paste paper 7, apply your mask,
delete, merge group. Resize the mask to 90%.
Paste the stage, resize to 85%.
Resize the dance floor to 75%, paste on the stage floor and take your Pick tool, holding
the shift key and being at the back corner, pulling in and down until it fits the stage
floor, then do the other side, this will take a little patient getting it just right.
Just keep doing each side until it is how you like it.
Resize your tube to 65%, paste on the dance floor.
Duplicate your tube, paste on the mask layer on one side, duplicate, mirror,
change the blend mode to screen on both, then add the xero filter-Soft Mood.
Resize the crowd to 83%, paste behind the stage and adjust how you like.
Resize the guitar to 50%, free rotate to the right at 15 degrees, paste on the right
on the stage.
Resize doodle 2 to 50%, paste on the left speaker, free rotate to the right at 10 degrees, duplicate, mirror.
Paste stage light 1 and 2 below the crowd layer, at the top of the stage, add noise at 40%.
Resize speaker 1 to 30%, paste on the left in front of the stage skirt, duplicate, mirror.
Paste buttons below the tube layer on the bars of the stage toward the bottom.
Resize the flair to 20%, paste on the skirt of the stage.
Resize back stage pass to 25%, free rotate to the left at 15 degrees,
paste on the left by the speaker.
Resize the cd to 20%, paste on the right below the speaker, duplicate, move down a bit.
Resize the rock hand to 25%, paste on the left below the speaker and music.
Paste the splatter on the mask layer at the upper left, duplicate, mirror, adjust, duplicate each
one and move down.
Resize razorblade and chain to 25%, paste on the left below the back stage pass.
Resize the teddy to 25%, paste on either side at the bottom.
Paste the wire screen on the mask layer and resize to fit your tag.
If you want to Animate, merge your tag, resize, add your copyright and name.
Take to Animation shop and make as many layers as your animation is, this one
was 14 frames.
I resized the animation to 50% first, go to edit, select all, resize animation.
Then select all, copy, click on your tag, edit, select all paste into selected frame.
I pasted the animation 4 times, one on each speaker and then moved the other
two up higher.
That's it
