This tut was written for those with a basic knowledge of psp.
I am using the awesome artwork of Lysisange.

Supplies Needed
I used PSPX...but any of them should work.
PTU Scrap Love by Lil Mz's Brainstorm HERE
Drop shadow is usually V-2 H-2 Black, 50, 5, use what you prefer.
Let's get started
*Remember to add your drop shadow as you go along*
Open the template, hold the shift and hit the letter d to duplicate, closed the original,
delete the credits.
Go to Image, resize all checked and resize to 90%, then Canvas 800 x 800.
I do this so the template is a bit smaller so the mask will show better.
Paste paper 20 on the bottom layer, apply your mask, delete, merge group.
Move the wordart Be Mine Valentine down and over to the right more, select, expand by 2
add a new layer, move below and fill with black, back on the wordart, merge down.
Will start working from the purple center down first.
Click on the purple circle, paste paper 29, invert, delete, paste your close up tube,
move to the right some, delete, select none, duplicate, go to
Adjust, Blur, Gaussian blur at 4, change the blend mode to Hard light, then
apply the xero filter-Soft Vignette with these settings
Elliptical, Foreground color
Diagonal dots
3, 2, 0, 255
merge down.
Select the pink circle, apply EyeCandy 4000-Chrome with these settings
Reflection Map-Outdoor tif
Bevel width 10.80
Bevel Height 50,
Smoothness 50
Thickness 0
Ripple width 72.00
Inside marquee checked
Then go to Adjust, Hue and Saturation, Colorize with both numbers on 255
or change it to a color you prefer.
White circle layer, add noise at 50%.
Dark pink circle, paste paper 8, invert, delete, select none.
Go to Effect, 3D Effects, Inner Bevel
Apply this bevel setting
Bevel Shape 2, Width 2
18, 2, 9, 10
315, 50, 30
color White
Large purple circle, paste paper 3, invert, delete, apply bevel.
Merge down Pink rectangle right with the Pink rectangle left, select, paste paper 8,
invert, delete, apply bevel.
Merge White rectangle right down with White rectangle left, select, paste paper 2,
invert, delete, apply bevel.
Dark pink rectangle, paste paper 3, invert, delete, apply bevel.
Merge the pink square back with the pink rectangle back, paste love paper, invert,
delete, apply the bevel.
Now working with the layers above your close up tube layer.
Merge the white square right down with the white square left, add noise at 50%.
Merge pink square right down with pink square left, apply paper 3, invert,
delete, apply the same bevel.
Merge purple square right with the purple square left, paste paper 11 above the little hearts layer, invert, delete, resize your tube to 40%, duplicate the tube, mirror,
place the face of each tube on the square where you like, select the square, invert, delete each tube, select none. Making sure the tube is below the small wordart layer.
Change the blend mode to screen on these tubes. Apply xero filter-Soft Vignette with the same
settings as before.
Resize your tube to 40%, mirror, place on the left side.
Resize element 38 to 60%, paste at the top above the small tube square, duplicate, mirror,
move to the lower left square.
Resize element 25 to 60%, place on the small square on the right, erase some of the pin at the top of it.
Resize element 31 to 80%, paste on the large circle.
Paste element 22 at the bottom over the tube and erase some of the straight edge of the legs.
Paste element 11 below the paper layer of the large circle.
Paste element 61 above the mask layer on one side flip, duplicate, mirror, adjust to
your liking.
Resize element 10 to 25%, being on the top layer, paste on one side, duplicate, mirror.
Paste element 73 on the right below the tube layer, adjust to your liking.
Add any other elements you would like.
Open the template, hold the shift and hit the letter d to duplicate, closed the original,

Paste element 11 below the paper layer of the large circle.
Paste element 61 above the mask layer on one side flip, duplicate, mirror, adjust to
your liking.
Resize element 10 to 25%, being on the top layer, paste on one side, duplicate, mirror.
Paste element 73 on the right below the tube layer, adjust to your liking.
Add any other elements you would like.
Crop your tag to be sure no stray shadows are on the edges of your tag.
Once happy with it all, close off any backgrounds, merge visible.
Resize first, then add your copyrights and name.
