This tut was written for those with a basic knowledge of psp.

Supplies Needed
I used PSPX...but any of them should work.
PTU Scrap Janet by Lil Mz's Brainstorm HERE
Drop shadow is usually V-2 H-2 Black, 50, 5, use what you prefer.
Let's get started
*Remember to add your drop shadow as you go along*
Open the template, hold the shift and hit the letter d to duplicate, closed the original,
delete the credits.
Go to Image, Canvas size 800 x 800.
Paste paper 13 on the bottom layer, apply your mask, delete, merge group.
Resize your tube to 40%, paste in the center on the top layer.
Resize element 46 to 35%, apply Mura Meister Copies-Encircle, change
the first number to 14, move to just above the mask layer.
Select raster 5 of the template, resize paper 13 to 75%, paste, invert, delete.
Raster 11 add noise at 100%.
Paste element 93 on raster 11 and move up a bit.
Raster 6, paste paper 8, invert, delete.
Go to Effect, 3D Effects, Inner Bevel
Apply this bevel setting Bevel Shape 2, Width 2
18, 2, 9, 10
315, 50, 30
color White
Raster 8, paste paper 13, invert, delete.
Raster 10, add noise at 100%.
Raster 2, paste paper 2, invert, delete.
Raster 9, add noise at 100%.
Raster 3, paste paper 6, invert, delete add the bevel with the same settings as before.
Resize element 96 to 34%, free rotate to the left at 30 degrees, paste above the heart on one side,
duplicate, mirror.
Resize element 2 to 35%, paste below the frame layer, erase any part showing outside, duplicate, mirror adjust.
Raster 7, paste paper 4, apply the same bevel.
Raster 13, paste paper 10, same bevel settings.
Paste element 25 above the mask layer at the top, duplicate, mirror, duplicate, flip, duplicate, mirror, adjust them all.
Paste element 48 below the wordart layer at the top.
Resize element 49 to 50%, paste on the right below the tube layer.
Resize element 95 to 50%, paste on the right above the tube layer.
Resize element 113 to 25%, paste on the right below the tube layer.
Resize element 69 to 35%, paste on the left by the heart of the tube.
Resize element 100 to 45%, paste below the calendar, duplicate, mirror, move below the tube layer and adjust the little bag up more, duplicate again move more to the center so a
little bit shows under the tube.
Paste element 15 on one side on the small heart, erase any part over it, duplicate, mirror.
Resize element 73 to 35%, free rotate to the left at 30, paste below the tube
layer on the left.
On the wordart add a bevel or glass effect to the word Valentine.
Add any other elements you would like.
Open the template, hold the shift and hit the letter d to duplicate, closed the original,
delete the credits.
Go to Image, Canvas size 800 x 800.
Paste paper 13 on the bottom layer, apply your mask, delete, merge group.
Resize your tube to 40%, paste in the center on the top layer.
Resize element 46 to 35%, apply Mura Meister Copies-Encircle, change
the first number to 14, move to just above the mask layer.
Select raster 5 of the template, resize paper 13 to 75%, paste, invert, delete.
Raster 11 add noise at 100%.

Resize element 49 to 50%, paste on the right below the tube layer.
Resize element 95 to 50%, paste on the right above the tube layer.
Resize element 113 to 25%, paste on the right below the tube layer.
Resize element 69 to 35%, paste on the left by the heart of the tube.
Resize element 100 to 45%, paste below the calendar, duplicate, mirror, move below the tube layer and adjust the little bag up more, duplicate again move more to the center so a
little bit shows under the tube.
Paste element 15 on one side on the small heart, erase any part over it, duplicate, mirror.
Resize element 73 to 35%, free rotate to the left at 30, paste below the tube
layer on the left.
On the wordart add a bevel or glass effect to the word Valentine.
Add any other elements you would like.
Crop your tag to be sure no stray shadows are on the edges of your tag.
Once happy with it all, close off any backgrounds, merge visible.
Resize first, then add your copyrights and name.
