This tut was written for those with a basic knowledge of psp.

Let's get started
*Remember to add your Drop Shadow as you go along*
Open a new image 600 x 250
Fill with color or choice, I used #9fbb83.
Apply Filters Unlimited-Special Effects 1-Square Bumps, with these settings
55 and 25 or play around and get what you like the looks of.
Resize the floral border to 75%, place at the bottom, duplicate and flip, add noise at 35%.
Resize the glass of beer to 30% and place at the bottom behind the floral border and adjust.
Resize the wordart to 30% and place where you like it.
Resize the frog to 20% and place toward the bottom, duplicate and move over to the left, adjust once tube is added.
Add your tube, duplicate, guassian blur at 4, change the blend mode to hard light and merge down.
Crop your tag now, being on the top layer select all, new raster layer, fill with a color of choice, contract by 2, delete, new raster layer again, fill with another color of choice, contract by 2, delete and one more new raster layer, fill with your first color, contract by 2, delete. Add noise to your second frame layer, close off the background color layer and merge your layers together.
Add your copyrights and name now.
To animate, take your background layer to animation shop and depending on your animation, make that many layers.
The one I am using takes 31 layers, so make 31 layers of your tag.
Click on the animation, go to edit, select all, copy.
Then go to your tag, edit, select all, paste into selected frame.
I pasted the animation twice one on each side.
Then go back to psp, close off your background and copy merged to animation shop and make the same amount of layers again, and do the same steps as before, being sure to line up the frame on your animated tag.
Test your animation and if happy with it all, save it.
For the Avator
New image 150 x 200
Paste the background from your tag, and take to animation and add the animation like before, but move it more to the left side this time.
Copy merge your tag into the avator and resize to 83% and adjust how you like it, add the frame like before in your other tag.
Add your copyrights and name and close off your background layer, copy merged to animation shop, make the same amount of layers as before and paste onto your background layer. Test your animation and if all is good then save and you are done.
