This tut was written for those with a basic knowledge of psp.

Supplies Needed
I used PSPX...but any of them should work.

Drop Shadow usually V2 H2 50 5
Let's get started
*Remember to add your Drop Shadow as you go along*
Open a new image 600 x 250
Copy and paste paper #1, then using your crop tool, crop this layer.
Go to Adjust, blur, motion blur, angle 45 first, strenght 100%, then apply again with angle at 315.
Apply the PhotoEffex-Scanlines, width 2, noise at 50%.
Paste a close up tube and move to the right side, change the blend mode to Soft light.
Copy and paste the Glitter dust, free rotate 90% move to one side, duplicate and mirror and merge together.
Resize the flower to 50% and place down in the right corner, adjust how you like it, duplicate, mirror, duplicate, flip, duplicate, mirror, then merge these 4 layers together.
Resize the leaf spray to 50% and move to the bottom and adjust to how much of it you want to show.
Resize the Cluster frame to 40% and copy and paste, move to the left just a bit. Take your free hand tool and draw around the frame, add a new layer and fill with a color of choice, I used #b8ad8d, and add the PhotoEffex-Scanlines at the same settings as before, move this layer below the frame.
Resize the circle frame to 50% and move below the other frame layer and adjust.
Copy and paste your tube, move below the first frame layer, duplicate and move above the frame layer and erase the parts you do not want showing.
Reisze the book to 30% and place on the left bottom side of the frame.
Resize the dove to 20% and place by the book.
Resize your wordart to 40% and being on the top layer paste. Image, free rotate to the right 20 degrees. Apply the Xero Filter-Clarity, drop shadow, sharpen and a light gradient glow.
Take your Selection tool and draw out a small rectangle on one side, new raster layer and fill with #b8ad8d, change the blend mode to screen and lower the opacity to 55%, then Effects, and edge effect, and move down to just above your first tube layer that is on the right, duplicate and mirror.
Type out your wording, duplicate, flip and move below the rectangle layer. I typed out the word memories twice.
Resize leaf 3 to 40%, place on one side of the frame, move below the frame and duplicate and mirror.
Once happy with it all merge visible and apply the AAA Foto Frame-width set to 5.
Add all your copyrights and name and that's it.
If you would like to make an Avator
Open a new image 150 x 200, copy and paste your tag you just finished, resize to 85% and place how you like it, then merge visible and apply the AAA Foto Frame as before.
Add your copyright and name and all done now.
