This tut was written for those with a basic knowledge of psp.

Supplies Needed

I used PSPX...but any of them should work.

Xero Filter- Soft Mood, Mistifier and Clarity (Optional)

VM Extravaganza-Transmission

Font St Charles 

Drop Shadow usually V2 H2 50 5

Let's get started

*Remember to add your Drop Shadow as you go along*

Open template #4 duplicate and close the original, delete the credits and the 2 clovers.

Image, canvas size, 800 x 800

 

Paste paper #1 or one of your choice,  apply your mask, invert and delete, move to bottom layer.

 

Mirror raster 4 and copy of vector1, merge together and select all, paste paper of choice, I used #6, then invert and delete.

On the white circle, add noise at 50%.

Select the black circle, paste paper #7, invert and delete.

 

On the green square add noise at 50%.

Select the black square, select all, float, defloat, paster paper #11, invert and delete.

Do not deselect yet, now paste your closeup tube, hit the delete key on your keyboard, select none.

On the paper layer apply the VM Extravaganza-Transmission

with these settings

25, 0, 10

Apply the Xero filter-Soft Mood first and then Mistifier with these settings

255, 150 and all others at 255

Resize your tube and paste just below the wordart layers.

 

Resize the mug to 50%, duplicate and place on the right side.

Resize the cupcake to 50% and place between the 2 mugs.

 

Resize the orange shamrock to 40%, duplicate and place on the frame corners.

 

Copy and paste the dice on the left side of the wordart.

Resize the lightray to 40% , duplicate and place on the i letters of the wordart.

 

Paste the swirl element on the left side and move down below the green square frame, duplicate and mirror behind your tube.

Paste the clover spray and move to just above the oval layer and move it around to your liking, duplicate and flip and mirror and erase the parts you do not want showing.

Resize the starpop to 75% and place below the green circles and free rotate to the left 10 degrees.

Resize the lips to 40% and free rotate 15 degrees to the left.

Add any other elements that you would like, then merge visible and resize.
I then added the xero filter-Clarity to the merged tag.
 

Add your copyright and name and you are done.
