Guilty of Shooting Cupid FTU

This tut was written for those with a basic knowledge of psp.

I am using the awesome artwork of Arthur Crowe.

Supplies Needed

I used PSPX...but any of them should work.

Drop Shadow usually V2 H2 50 5

Let's get started

*Remember to add your Drop Shadow as you go along*

Open template, duplicate and close the original, delete the credits and hearts. 

Image, canvas size, 800 x 800
New raster layer, fill with a color of choice, then apply your mask, delete and merge group.

Starting at the bottom layer 1, select all, paste glitter paper #1, invert and delete.
Layer 2, apply the penta.com filter-color dot.

Layer 3 paste paper #4 invert and delete.

Layer 6, select allm add a new layer and fill with a color of choice and add noise at 50%

Layer 7 paste paper #8, invert and delete.

Select the wordart, select all, expand by 2, new raster layer, fill with white, add noise at 50% and move below the wordart.
Take your closeup tube, mirror and paste on layer 7, just below the wordart,
 select all, float, defloat, invert and delete the excess tube.
Change the blend mode to screen, then apply
the Xero filter-Porcelain first and then Radiance.
Paste your tube and resize to 75% if using the same one I used. Place a little to the right and erase the legs below the the template layer.
Paste heart wire #2 and resize to 95% and move to the bottom layer.
Resize the heart lock to 60% and place by the wordart.
Resize the hibicus flower #2 to 35% and place under the heart lock.
Resize the cupcakes to 35% and place on the right side.
Duplicate the hibicus flower and mirror and place between the 2 cupcakes.
Resize the candy heart to 40% and place by the cupcakes.
Resize the lil devil to 30% and place behind the cupcakes and up a bit.
Resize the candy to 35% and place at the upper left.
Resize candy 1 to 35% and place by the heart lock.
Resize any other candy pieces that you like and place on the tag how you like the looks of them.

Paste curl ribbon #2, free rotate to the left at 90 degrees and move to just above your tube layer.
Resize the heart lollipop to 30% and place on the left side.
Duplicate and mirror and rotate to the right about 5 degrees or so.

Add any other elements that you would like.
Once happy with it all, close off any background you used and merge visible.

Resize your tag and add all copyrights and your name and you are done.
