This tut was written for those with a basic knowledge of psp.

Supplies Needed
I used PSPX...but any of them should work.

Drop Shadow usually V2 H2 50 5
Let's get started
*Remember to add your Drop Shadow as you go along*
*Remember to add your Drop Shadow as you go along*
Open a new image 800 x 800, can resize later.
Flood fill with this color or one of your choice, #84bfeb, apply your mask and delete.
Resize element #39, frame to 30%, take your magic wand, click inside, fill with paper of choice, I used #3, invert and delete, paste your closeup and hit the delete key on your keyboard, select none.
Apply the Xero Filter-Mistifier to the closeup tube.
Be sure to resize any of the papers you use, they are big.
Resize element #30 to 25% and place on the right side, below the paper layer of the frame.
Resize element #38 to 15% and place on one side, then duplicate, mirror and make any adjustments.
Copy and paste your tube and place on the left.
Resize elements #3, 7, 26 and 34 to 10% and place how you like them, duplicate one or two of them and place again.
Resize the bow to 5% and place on the different ornaments.
Resize element #6 to 30% place at the bottom, duplicate and move to cover the bottom of the legs of the tube, erase any part you do not want.
Resize element #35 to 25% and place on the right side.
Resize element #36 to 10%, rotate to the right, place below the candle layer and move down a bit, duplicate and move to the left more.
Resize elements #24 and #33 to 15% and place where you like.
Resize element #1 to 15%, free rotate to the left 90 and place behind your tube.
Add any other elements that you would like.
Resize the sparkle element to 25% and place on the top layer.
Once happy with everything, close off your background and merge visible and resize and sharpen.
Add your copyrights and name now and you are all done.
