Let's get started
*Remember to add your Drop Shadow as you go along*

Open a new image 800 x 800, can resize later.
This is an easy one.
Copy and paste paper #2 and apply your mask, delete and merge group.
Resize it later to fit your tag.
Paste deco 2 and resize larger to 108%, adjust into place.
Resize the Circle frame to 85%, take your magic wand, click inside, expand by 3, paste paper #5, invert and delete. Move below the frame layer.
Being on your top layer now, resize the string of lights to 50% and erase the string on the edges on both sides. Resize the pink mistletoe to 30% and place almost to the end on both sides of the lights and place one in the middle, merge these together, then apply Mura Meister, Copies-Encircle with the default settings, adjust on your circle frame. Apply a dark Pink drop shadow on this.
Resize the snowflake glitter to 40%, apply the Mura Meister, Copies-Encircle to this also, sharpen twice and place on top of the light and mistletoe layer. Add the same dark Pink drop shadow.
Add your tube, resize if needed, move down below the frame layer, duplicate and bring to the top and erase what parts you don't want showing outside the frame.
Apply the Xero Filter-Moodlight to both tubes, check Light 1, and Extreme and the color to #ba548e, leave all else at default settings. Apply Xero Filter- Mistifier on the top tube.
Resize the present, (duplicating the present once) and the bear and mouse all to 40% and place how you like them. Resize the candy cane to 30% and duplicate, mirror and rotate a bit with your pick tool, merge down and add your dark pink drop shadow.
Resize the star to 30% and place by the candy canes, duplicate and move up some and behind the candy canes.
Resize the deco 3 ornament to 15% and place by the bear. Resize one of the cupcakes to 20% and place by the presents.
Resize one of the Christmas tags to 50%, place by the bow on the present, mirror one of them and place on the other, erase the string on them.
Resize deco #6 to 20% and place on the frame where you like the looks of them.
Add any other elements you would like, or duplicate some on the tag already and move around.
Once happy with it all, close off any background you were using and merge visible and resize.
Add your copyrights and any wordart and name and that's it.
