This tut was written for those with a basic knowledge of psp.

Let's get started
*Remember to add your Drop Shadow as you go along*

Open a new image 800 x 800, can resize later.
This is an easy one.
Copy and paste paper #2 and apply your mask, delete and merge group.
Resize it later to fit your tag.
I then recolored it using my Change to Target tool with this color #b8e4f9.
I used a winter photo from sxc
Select all, float defloat, add a new raster layer and paste your photo into selection, select none.
Change the blend mode to screen, merge down and I apply the Xero filter, clarity twice.
Copy and paste the tree, then duplicate it 4 more times, or more if you prefer. Place where you would like and then merge them all together. You will have to erase some of the bottoms on some of them. Go to Adjust and sharpen twice.
Apply a drop shadow with a dark color from your tube instead of black on the trees.
Copy and paste your tube and resize as needed and place in the center.
Copy and paste the snow and move to the bottom.
Copy and paste the snowboard, resize to 50% and place toward the left side. Resize the boot to 25% place on the snowboard and duplicate and mirror and adjust to your liking.
Resize the bunny to 50% and place on the right side, duplicate and resize to 60%, place by the first bunny, duplicate again and mirror for the other side.
Resize both the beanie and the glove to 25% and place on the right side. Rotate the glove 90 to the left, duplicate and adjust. Resize lolli 1 to 25% and place on the left behind the beanie, duplicate and rotate it to the right about 5 or 10%.
Resize the ice patch to 80% and place it just above the tree layer on the left, duplicate, mirror and move up just a bit.
Resize the banner to 75% and place below the tree layer.
Resize the skull to 30# and place at the top edge of string on banner, duplicate and mirror.
Being on the top layer now add the snow.
Once happy with it all close off your background if using one, then merge visible and resize.
Now add your copyrights and name and any wordart you would like to add.
Save your tag as a png and you are done.
