This tut was written for those with a basic knowledge of psp.
I am using the awesome artwork of Ismael Rac.

Let's get started
*Remember to add your Drop Shadow as you go along*
*Remember to add your Drop Shadow as you go along*
Open a new image 800 x 800, can resize later.
Copy and paste paper #1 and apply your mask, delete and merge group. Resize it later to fit your tag.
Copy and paste element #40, resize to 85%, then take your magic wand, click inside, expand by 5, paste paper #2, invert and delete. Paste element #56 and hit the delete key on your keyboard, now select none.
Copy and paste element #79, move to the bottom layer and over to the left side of frame. Copy and paste #70 and place over the tree, erase any edges that stick out to far.
Paste element #39, mirror, move to the bottom layer and over to the right side.
Being on the top layer now, apply your tube, resize if needed, duplicate, Adjust, blur, gaussian blur at 5, change the blend mode to hard light, merge down.
Resize element #16 to 75% and free rotate to the left and place toward the bottom, use your pick tool to rotate a little more to the left. Resize element #15 to 75% and free rotate to the right and place at the bottom also.
Resize element #29 to 45%, free rotate to the right and place at the bottom.
Resize element #51 to 40% and place on the left side, take your magic wand click in the frame area, expand by 3, paste paper of choice, invert and delete.
Copy and paste element #46 and place the bright light on the paper of the lantern and the rings of light over your tube.
Resize element #54 to 40% and place behind the lantern and over to the left a bit, duplicate and move to the right, about in the middle. Resize element #73 to 75% and place on the left side behind the lantern.
Resize element #82 to 35% and place on the right side.
Resize element #53 and #71 to 50% and place on the right side however you like the looks of them. Duplicate #71 and resize again to 75% and place. Resize element #64 to 35% and place where you like.
Resize element #3 to 35% and place on the right side.
Resize element #1 to 30% and place on the right side, move to the bottom layer.
Resize the bunny rabbit to 40% and place on the left.
Add any other elements that you would like.
Once happy with it all, close off any background you used, then merge visible and resize.
On the wording I added noise at 50% and gave it a slight bevel effect. Then I did select, float, defloat, expand by 2, new raster layer and filled with a color from the tube, move below the wording.
Once resized, sharpen once and add all your copyrights and name and you are done.
