This tut was written for those with a basic knowledge of psp.

I used PSPX...but any of them should work.

Drop shadow is usually V-2 H-2 Black, 50, 7
Let's get started
*Remember to add your drop shadow as you go along*
Open a new image 800 x 800 or one you prefer.
Paste paper 13 first apply your mask, delete and merge group, then paste paper 6, apply your mask again and delete, merge down.
Paste frame 3, click inside with your magic wand, expand by 5, paste paper 10 or one you prefer, invert, delete, then paste your close up, delete, select none.
Apply the xero filter-Soft Mood and then Clarity.
Resize your tube to 55%, if using the same one and paste on the right side.
Paste the 01 wordart on the left, select all, float, defloat, expand by 3, new layer
and fill with black, apply noise at 100%, back on the top wordart
merge down and sharpen once.
Paste element 65 above the mask layer and place it in the upper left side,
duplicate, flip and mirror.
Paste element 68, resize to 48%, place by your tube on the right.
Resize element 98 to 40% and place below the bear layer.
Paste element 77 above the tube layer to cover the cut off part of the legs.
Resize element 112 to 85%, place behind your tube and up a bit.
Resize element 42 to 50%, free rotate to the left at 45 degrees, place under the ribbon layer on the right, duplicate, move to the left and above the ribbon,
erase the brown stem showing.
Paste element 115 above the heart layer that is just above your mask layer,
move up and over a bit, then duplicate, flip and mirror.
Paste element 70 above the mask layer on the lower left side, duplicate, flip, mirror and adjust.
Add any other elements you would like.
Crop your tag to be sure no stray shadows are on the edges of your tag.
Open a new image 800 x 800 or one you prefer.

Once happy with it all, close off any backgrounds, merge visible.
Resize first, then add your copyrights and name.
